Dr. Walter Ross Coble did this. Not only did he have the audacity to strap me down to a circumstraint to then mutilate me but also used to small of a plastibell ring which then burrowed into my glans. This caused additional scarring adjacent to intended scaring and nerve damage. Also worth mentioning when he crushed/cut down my dorsal shaft Walter Ross Coble also left additional scaring proximal to the circumcision scar.   I don’t want this to happen to anyone else, so let it be known what has been done. Everyone's real names are in theses doc lets see whos ashamed. I would be so vary ashamed if this was done with my own volition but it wasnt done with my consent or even acknowledgment. The lack of choice is the biggest folly here.

DIY Foreskin Restoration Inflation Device

I’ve had quite a few people ask me how I made my foreskin restoration device. So here it is.

In the first photo I have two devices, the left one is for water inflation, the right for air. The next photo shows both devices disassembled. As you can see each device is composed of two baby bottle nipples. The key to getting this to work right is getting the right size. I have found it fits best when the inner nipple is slightly wider than the width of my flaccid meatus. The outer nipple should be larger than the inner, but tight enough that it nearly(or does) touches the inner nipple when closed. Finding this perfect fit is honestly the hardest part, but baby bottle nipples are far cheaper than buying any of the other devices on the market, and this one will be a custom fit.

Once you select the right nipples you can begin putting it together. In my 4th photo you’ll see that I have a tube aquarium safe silicone, I use this to fill the inside of the inner nipple. I then let that cure for a day before I poke a whole through that silicone ( it will close up after, but not all the way), this makes it easier to fit the sport ball needle later on. The silicone will take nearly a week to fully cure, so give it time.

Once it’s cured, I trim the band around the base of both nipples, leaving as much on the cone as possible. I then cut off the top of the tip of the larger nipple, not the whole tip, just the top of the tip. You will want to fold the rest of the tip in half and then turn the nipple inside out, this will make it easier to place over the tip of the inner nipple. You may not need it but I do recommend placing a stop at the tip of the nipple, this will help hold in air or water. I use a 16-18 gauge eating stud. This is absolutely necessary for the water one.

That’s pretty much it. If you are interested in the water one, it’s simpler to make, you just omit the silicone. In the last photo I show two devices I use for the inflation. The item on the left is an EZ Squeeze sports ball pump, this thing is great for inflating air up to very high pressure. Just insert the needle into the whole you premade in the silicone and inflate, you maybe need to push the needle in quite a ways(becareful not to fill your urethra with air, pull up on the device and down on the head of your penis while inflating and you can avoid this). The item on the left is a nasal aspirator from Walmart. This can be used for water inflation or air inflation if you don’t add in Silicon.

NEW!!! I now have more information about the materials I used. The inner nipple(the one filled with silicone) is a Medela Medium Flow Wide Base Nipple. The outer nipple which has taken me of couple years to find again, is a Evenflo Bebek nipple. Evenflo has been discontinued by the manufacturer, but you are still able to find it on both eBay and Amazon. This setup has worked very well for me. And I’m more than happy to answer any questions.
