23rd April 2024 // Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel joined the rest of the Swedish royal family for an official reception welcoming the Finnish President Alexander Stubbs and his wife Suzanne at the start of their State Visit to Sweden.

17th-19th April 2024 // Crown Princess Victoria participated in SeaBOS's working meeting. SeaBOS brings together representatives from the world's eight largest seafood companies, as well as experts and researchers in the industry, to promote sustainable fishing. Victoria is a regular guest at SeaBOS events.

18th April 2024 // Crown Princess Victoria visited Store Mosse National Park and had a great time walking across the bogs in specially designed shoes!

18th April 2024 // Crown Princess Victoria visited Store Mosse National Park as part of the Crown Princess's initiative to visit all 30 of Sweden's national parks. During the visit she met with staff and went on a walk through the park, including the famous bogland.

The Swedish press are reporting that Victoria, Daniel and the kids will be at the Eurovision Song Contest in May

April 2024 // Prince Daniel is regularly spotted taking pictures on his phone during engagements. After his visit to the Venice Biennale - where he opened the Nordic Pavilion - the Court shared some of the pictures he'd snapped from around the festival and the city.

18th April 2024 // Prince Daniel travelled to Italy to attend the Venice Biennale, where he inaugurated the Nordic pavilion. He met with artists who have created work for the pavilion and was able to tour the rest of the exhibits at the iconic cultural festival.

15th April 2024 // Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel met with Ulf Kristersson, Prime Minister of Sweden, in his capacity as Chair for the Moderate Party. The couple are meeting with the chairpeople and spokespersons from different political parties to stay abreast of issues facing the government.

17th April 2024 // The King and the Crown Princess attended the Information Council at the Royal Palace. During the council, each State Council member present an update on political initiatives, investigations and ongoing legislation within their respective ministries and answered questions. This is the first council attended by Victoria in person since the beginning of the pandemic

15th April 2024 // Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited Ericsson's headquarters in Kista outside Stockholm. During the visit, the Crown Princess Couple received demonstrations of new technology, including virtual and augmented reality, and learned about Ericsson's work with sustainability and social responsibility.

15th April 2024 // Crown Princess Victoria attended the Swedish Farmers' Federation's prize ceremony. The gold medals go to outstanding dairy farmers and were first awarded in 1958 by Victoria's great-grandfather. It is now a tradition that they are awarded each year by a member of the royal family.

11th April 2024 // Prince Daniel attended a seminar at the School of Gymnastics and Sports on promoting physical activity amongst children and young people. At the event he gave a speech where he said, amongst other things:

"I want us to be able to imagine a Sweden where every child wakes up with wonderful energy, ready to explore, play and learn. A country where active and healthy children are the rule, not the exception. That is the future I dream of and that is what we must strive to achieve together."

10th April 2024 // Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited the Supreme Court to gain a deeper knowledge of how the work at the court is done.

9th April 2024 // The Crown Princess and Prince Daniel held a meeting with Minister for Defence Pål Jonson at the Royal Palace. During the meeting, Jonson updated the couple on current issues in the field of defence policy.

8th April 2024 // The King, Queen and Crown Princess Couple held a diplomatic reception for ambassadors from Chile, Iceland, Moldova, Thailand and Austria, as well as the Nuncio of the Holy See. These regular receptions allow new ambassadors to meet with the royal family, other ambassadors, and representatives from the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs

March 2024 // Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited Wij Gardens in Ockelbo, Daniel's childhood hometown. This would appear to suggest the family are spending time with Daniel's parents during the Easter break.
