On the topic on why xeno didn't just tell Stanley that senku had white and green hair that defies gravity while it's funny to think that xeno was just being dramatic its actually a logical choice to calculate senku's height instead of giving his looks. while some may say that xeno may not know if senku dyed his hair he has seen senku in pictures and has known him since he was young so xeno knows that senku always had white and green hair but why not give that information to stanley?

If we go by xeno's information he knows that Dr.Taiju was a decoy so its reasonable to believe that senku as the true leader would hide his features by either dyeing his hair, wear his hair down or wear some type of wig or cloth to hide his hair so he wouldn't be seen/identified

And since Dr.Taiju was a fake others on the ship may have worn something to look like there leader, either by wearing some dye on their hair or putting their hair up like senku's. It doesn't help that one side of Gen's hair is white so other people on the ship could also have white hair so xeno can't say senku's hair color as it's unreliable information

Xeno also couldn't just say that senku's hair defies gravity or stands up as others may also have hair thats like that, take yo as an example and most of the empire of might

What we really can't hide nor really change is someone's height so xeno played it safe by using what he already knows; senku's height

Let's not forget that Stanley was compromised as the KOS knew that there was a sniper nearby because of Ryusui so the more xeno went into detail about senku the less chance Stanley had to actually kill him as senku could have gone inside the ship, go into hiding or find/make something to stop the bullets. Also In the Manga there was more people on the deck than in the anime so looking for one person in a sea of people would be hard.

Senku is a sweetheart and he does seem like the guy to make gifts then actually go buy it, he probably knew how to make makeup and hair products because of Yuzuriha, she couldn't find one she wanted, liked or couldn't find a specific one and senku immediately went into making one for her.

I don’t understand why Senku looks so evil while creating project that could be world destroyer but actually only thought in his mind is ,,I’m gonna make the best present for Yuzuriha! She’s gonna love it!”. He is like this friend who would rather make presents from heart for friends than buy stuff. He is also this friend who knows enough about you to know what would you like. Senku looked so proud of his creation for Yuzuriha but then it’s kind of heartbreaking when Yuzuriha is shocked and Senku thought he disappointed her and she expected more from him until Yuzuriha cleared that it was actually way beyond her expectations. Senku is really pushing himself with passion to make his friends happy. I think I can headcanon that Senku was making presents for Yuzuriha and Taiju before petrification for their birthdays. It’s actually canon that Senku gave Taiju smartphone but we don’t know if it was Senku’s old smartphone or he repaired broken smartphone and gave it to Taiju.

Byakuya should have named dropped senku's name much earlier that would have solved some issues with Xeno, like your telling me that a man who loves his son so much wouldn't talk about him all the time or bring him in on take your child to work day? Senku could have met xeno that way

Senku probably could have prevented Xeno's weird bullshit by just sending an email back like "dude you okay?" but he's fundamentally incapable of doing that, so here we are.
