It was really fun to theorise the link between your comics. And the story you came up with between the comics is super great. I hope they get their happy ending, they all deserve it（≧▼≦；)

El, in your Crossmare comic, Cross betrayed Nightmare in the end, and one of his eye is purple. Plus in your Kross comic Cross can't remember his relationship with Killer, and he has the same purple eye ヽ(ﾟ◇ﾟ )ﾉ

So what if he actually don't betrayed Nightmare and Killer, but just don't remember? And Dream use him against Nightmare and Killer because he know their relationship (•̀o•́)ง

And what if Nightmare and Killer believe he's a traitor until they discover the truth ? And decided to save him and stay with him no matter what ｡^‿^｡

That’s a very interesting theory ! 👀

In the Crossmare story, Cross is under X!Gaster’s control. Cross was a double spy working for Nightmare AND Dream, unable to choose a side, until X!Gaster steps in, and Dream, thinking that Cross finally choose his side (the right side), is unaware of it. Cross doesn’t want to fight against Nightmare and Killer but will be forced to (which is why a tear is seen). Was he already overwritten or not ? That’s up to you ! I like both idea~!

The Flirting Contest is also related because they’re going to Ccino’s café, the one closed in Kross Day ;)

If Nightmare and Killer find out that Cross is being controlled, they will fight to get him back! They’ll first have to convince Dream and make him see the truth (not an easy task). Then they would fight against X!Gaster.

Kross Day would show the results of a neutral ending where Cross lost his memory during that fight, a part of X!Gaster’s powers stuck in his soul since he was one of his creations, with Killer remaining by his side. Nightmare and Dream aren’t there because they don’t think they deserve to be, leaving Cross to Killer’s care… (even if Nightmare is still looking out for them, making sure they are safe, taking care of them in his own twisted way) (Dream also comes to visit but it is painful for him and he never stays too long).

Obviously, there would be a BETTER ending possible. One where Cross doesn’t forget about them. One where they would all be reunited.

Also, yes, there would be a WORSE ending where Cross is forced to overwrite the others and to live with it. A very lonely ending for Cross…

Set in a "what if" scenario where X!Gaster overwrites Cross and Killer is the only one left with memories of their time together. But as promised to Cross, he'll stay with him forever, no matter what...
