I know you havnt posted on tumblr in ages BUT would you ever sell your hannibal tarot cards again?? I've adored them for months and am so upset I missed out on purchasing them

HI HELLO im alive. and YES actually i do plan to sell them again! in fact, about half of the decks still available and just sitting in my room, i've just had to temporarily close my webshop for some personal reasons & can't sell anything without that fully operational. the plan is to open that up again most likely some time this autumn & sell the remainder then. sorry for the delay, but thanks for your interest!! <3

**edit: for anyone seeing this later on, replace "this autumn" with maybe late spring '25...? ^_^;

hi! just wanted to say i ordered your hannibal tarot cards and they're utterly gorgeous <3 they also survived the trip all the way to australia perfectly intact as well - my local post service has a notorious rep for damaging parcels so in my eyes if anything survives them in pristine condition, the packer did well. gorgeous envelope to keep them in as well! keen to take some nice photos of them later and display some in my new tarot card holders!

phew, awesome, thanks for letting me know!! constantly worried about international orders making it there unscathed. oh man though, had no idea about that... unique reputation uhhh i just packaged them like normal...... •_•; wwell, um, glad they survived somehow regardless. also thank you for the compliments!! so glad you're happy with them :D (&actually, i'd be kinda curious to see your solution for displaying them-- personally never know how to showcase smaller items. if you'd like, feel free to message me with your set-up!)

hi, okay, so, literally no one asked for this, but while I’m working on some actual art to post on here, I’m just gonna..... share this.... thing.

SO, a few months back, I got into a heated debate about who to cast as the one-and-only Lelouch in a live Code Geass adaptation & my fixation on this question got... a bit out of hand. the culmination of this was me spending hours trying to cast just nearly everyone for the entire series during a weeb manic fugue state.

now, you may be saying - emily, you’ve got some big budget actors here in pretty secondary roles! what are you thinking?? BUT this is all imagining that I personally were the showrunner & the casting director & that this was a world where budget was apparently no issue because I’d geass’d the donors into sharing their full life’s earnings, and, on top of all this, yes, we could in fact also afford to render all the mechs! don’t ask questions. It’s My Fancast & I Can Run the Studio Into Unsalvageable Debt If I Want To!

....&anyway, thought I’d share this for anyone who cares or had their own fan-castings in mind, or else just wanted to bear witness my madness.

(thing is, I put this together in spite of myself, being someone who 99% of the time does NOT care for live-action adaptations to perfectly good animations.... BUT, in a world where all the loving work of adapting was my own... well, I just had to know.)

Been meaning to learn the principles & software of boarding for a while now, to see if it might be a worthwhile avenue to pursue, &to assess if I could actually shift art-making into my full-time job--?! &Thus, this is my first foray into that terrain. Thanks to my sister & her husband for voicing & for lending me the inspo of their ridiculous D&D misadventures!!

So I just thought I'd let you know that there wasn't issues with them, and I love them and I think this is my new favorite tarot card deck that I own ☺️

phew okay THANK YOU for letting me know! was especially worried about your order + one other that went outside of the US because -- besides the greater distance & thus greater chance for losing/damaging the mailer -- the addressing formats are also kinda different?? did not consider that going in. so i really do appreciate your letting me know.

if you’ve been waiting on these or know somebody who has, check out the site above. there will be a total of 30 decks available, so be sure to get your order in if you’re determined to get a set. there may be reprints down the line, but not sure when, &ultimately it depends on a variety of factors (the amount of buyer interest made apparent to me, my own available time & resources, etc.). additionally, please read the section of my site labelled “important” for a basic rundown of shop policies (most of which boil down to “im not Mr.Walmart im just one little guy here so go easy on me alright.”) 

the designs have been updated slightly since my original posts - not the central artwork, just the surrounding typography in terms of color & alignment, &in some cases sizing. each deck consists only of the major arcana, making up 22 cards total, the art of which can be viewed here.:

there will also be slight variances to the deck envelopes as the stamps are each individually hand-printed using my carving shown among the images above.

Just sending an ask to ask that in the hopes if you ever post more of your old ASOIAF art to your inprnt, could you post about it here or if there’s a mailing list or something I could sign up for? I would especially love to own a “life is not a song, sweetling” print at some point! It’s one of my favourite pieces. Thank you so much even if you decide not to upload any more to the store — the pieces already there are also great!

thank you so much!! definitely planning to post more in general to the inprnt, though my main focus has been on adding new pieces as i make them. (atm have just been busy on portfolio things. trying to get a whole new career lol.) there are a couple of those older asoiaf works i intend to revise & post there - that one in particular, as well as the stark family before-and-after piece, & probably the fight with brandon too. my initial intention was to do so once the next book came out, so as to inform a new perspective on the revision.... BUT, as we're all well aware, at the rate things are going with grrm’s writing pace, it might...... be a while. so I have been debating just revising them now lmao. (those guys been on my mind recently anyway.)

--that said, would you be less interested if the art were to change somewhat? ideally it would be for the better, though these things are subjective of course. i could always do the revision, and if there's a preference for the original, i could simply post that to the shop as well. (honestly just think i can do better by it now. i've learned a lot since then! but the overall composition of it would remain the same.)

&i don't have any mailing list system at the moment, but since thus far you're the only one who's specifically asked, perhaps I could just msg you personally when it's up? otherwise, when i make revisions i'll definitely be posting the updated version on here once it's done & an addition to my shop will shortly follow. &are there any other particular pieces you're interested in seeing added to the shop and/or revised btw?
