right!!!!!!!! exactly!!!!!!! you cant assume the sun will drop and then it does, because your assumption about the sun is already baked into your version of stable reality. that bs is locked in so deep, so unquestioned, so natural, that you dont even think of it as an assumption. you think of it as a law.
and thats a big no no ill redpill you of that
when we say assumption creates, we dont mean if you suddenly imagine the sun turning green it instantly does. we mean………your entire 3d is shaped around what you’ve accepted as default truth. whats realistic, what’s possible, whats allowed. and the reason certain things dont shift is because you still secretly think they’re bigger than you or outside your jurisdiction.
so when you say but i couldn’t drop the sun, thats quite literally proving the law. because youre witnessing how your unshakeable intention = your unshakeable experience. you dont think you can control the sun, so you dont and thats how powerful you are🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️
now what happens when you do think you can control something??????? like your grades. your partner. your bank account. suddenly it’s not physics anymore, suddenly it is negotiable and that’s your sweet sweet entry point.
youre obviously not here to rewrite gravity so i wont teach you how to turn the sun green. we’re here to realise your little category of maybe and impossible and i don’t know is also a set of assumptions, and once you treat those the way you treat the sun, like unquestionable, they stabilise. they lock in and theeeennnnnn they show up
let’s not try to control the sky but at first stop giving power to the part of your brain that thinks it cant control you

scrolling on tumblr can be draining especially when you are looking for an answer on HOW rather than looking at the WHY. Nobody but you can give you the answers. It's okay to scroll on Tumblr for motivation, but when you're searching, that's when things tend to blend together. You go through the stages of excitement and then right to anger when the method someone used doesn't work for you. Please open your eyes, almost every success story where they shift multiple times is when they do what helps them.
"But Emily everyone always says that and I don't even know where to start." What helps you focus? White Noise? Music? Silence? Subliminals aren't always the answer, find something that makes you focus. Tap into the daydream mindset and use that to your advantage. Don't think about the process that leads you there, think as you DR self, what your memories are like, what does your bed, chair, floor feel like, describe the texture, describe the air in this room. Who cares if you feel like your falling or tingly thats ur cr physical body, You aren't there so ignore them.
As soon as you let go of other people's journeys and start finding out what's the best for you, you will start to feel the same things everyone talks about.

A month long journey
Log 1: Introduction.
I don't know who I am, I spend countless nights pretending I know exactly who my dr self is in hopes ill shift that night. I am tired of acting like I know exactly who my dr self is. So I decided to sit down with myself and just think. I decided to dig deeper to take only a month out of my journey, not for a break but to dive deeper into who my dr self is. Im going to steady myself everyday by ingraving who I am in the reality.
Every day, I will post a new log talking about my dr self and new things I learned about myself while reprogramming my RES. Every day I will reread my script and add more and more as days go on. I will meditate and tap into who my dr self is. Will I shift? Maybe but for the month I will spend doing all this, that isn't my goal.
Cheers to a month of learning who I want to be.

My routine as someone who shifts almost every week.

There doesn't have to be any pressure on shifting, you don’t have to do it at a specific moment. My routine takes either a moment, a day, or a week. I do specific things in preparation to shift, it isn’t a method, more so a ritual, something to help me align myself with where I want to be.   
I. Bask in who you want to be, spend mornings doing this practice, do it before a nap, before you go to bed, while you eat, etc. Settle in your mind, take this time to be in your desired selfs mind. Think about slow moments, your morning routine, the view outside your window, basking in the sun, anything of the sort; let yourself live in moments from your dr. I've noticed I shift more when I have practiced this throughout the day. 
II. Tell yourself that you are there, that you are indeed experiencing these things. Affirm how many times you feel, you are where you are. Don’t put any pressure on yourself to believe anything, just affirm. Sweep away intrusive thoughts, let them pass and focus on who and where you are. 
III. Each reality has its own soul, familiarize yourself with how your chosen reality feels. Whenever you want to go there invoke this feeling, remember the slow moments, relax and live in your dr. 
IV. I lie in bed and when I'm getting sleepy I visualize myself where I want to be and I’m there, I focus on what I am doing at that moment in that reality. 
V. After I come back I take a couple days to step away from shifting, I don’t think about going anywhere else. I try to live in this reality and when I feel I want to leave again, I begin at step one.
