Watching Danny Phantom again so nostalgic, and doing it with Danny himself right next to me makes it 100% better, and the faces he makes watching his early power fails from a 3rd person POV almost makes me burst out laughing.

“Thank god, Robin training includes staying silent when I need to.” I think as we approach the episode Reign Storm and Danny’s immediate future from what I can tell, baring normal patrol days that don’t end up getting shown going by Danny’s complaints that the series is moving to fast for the actual timeline.

“And my show’s theme song has no reason to be such fricking bop, Its such a fricken earworm that I keep finding myself humming it to myself” Danny complains, “If I end up revealing my identity to Amity Parkers because I can’t help singing my own fricken theme song when I go back I will be fucking pissed”

“The discount Robin training we’re planning to offer you will likely help, the silence and stealth training will definitely help with that.” I say

“I hope so,” Danny says, “honestly just more martial arts training in general will help a lot… if only because it’s less likely to cause property damage… I would also love to stop being thrown into buildings.”

“I don’t know going by Superman I think that’s just a hazard of fighting in the air.” I state

“You have a point, but here is my counterpoint, Supes in most universes relies on his powers to get things done and has like zero real training other then raw experience and under all his powers is just a small town guy from Kansas. Me even before I met the real versions worked more like a Bat in my hero work once I got my feet back under me and occasionally my head screwed back on straight.” Danny points out

“huh, You’re right I never really noticed before that you’ve almost always treated your powers as just another tool in your tool box even during ‘Maternal Instinct’ where Vlad removed your powers from play and you where relying on your powers the most you still came up on top with clever strategy.” I say, “Also really can’t blame you for letting your power get to your head they’re an incredibly impressive set of tools for a fourteen year old hero with no mentor and relying on comic books for your advice.”

Danny looks sheepish rubbing he back of his neck with nervous energy. “Its not that impressive, I’m sure any one of the bats past and future could do better then I did.”

“And I’m a bat of the present. I literally couldn’t do what you did. Believe in yourself or lower me with you.” I say pointedly poking Danny in his chest.

Seeing Danny flush in response was very satisfying, I know I’m not playing fair but honestly don’t care, his low self-esteem has got to just. stop. and he hasn’t even been though Dan yet. I paste a wide grin on my face and bump shoulders with Danny though, saying “hey after we finish watching your whole series why don’t the two of us go on a quick space mission with Kon, Cassie, and Bart.’

Danny’s face literally lights up at the word space a little of his ghost aura leaking though in his excitement, “Really, That would be so cool!... but haven’t I been given a no go out order because of how recognizable my ghost form is?”

“That only for Gotham because Danny Fenton becoming a temporary ward of Bruce Wayne and then Danny Phantom shows up in Gotham helping the Bats? everyone will realize that the temporary ward is not just unfortunately named and in fact the Danny Fenton from the show.”

A more fleshed out Idea, The Danny Phantom TV show exists in the DC universe, and the verses DC media exist in the DP universe. One Day after exploring the GZ Danny falls into Gotham in front of Tim who is a long time Phan since he was stalking Vigilantes on rooftops taking photos. Both sets of media are past the "present" for both universes

There is a bit of confusion and some panicking because both of them realize Danny is stuck for a while when the portal he falls through closed behind him, and Danny doesn't want to end up adopted by Batman. (To bad someone has to take care of him while he's stuck it might as well be the Waynes)

For maximum Chaos have the DP timeline either before Reality Trip or before the Episode with the Ghost King and for the DC timeline a few months before Jason's debut as the Red Hood and I'm thinking Comics wise Danny's universe the Red Robin series just came out making Tim Danny's Robin, though Danny gained a massive attachment to Jason in resent mouths because he can identify with the whole dying thing after his accident. Though he still thinks Titans Tower was way to much, but he has recently got a few headcanons on why Jason was so mentally off because of his new experiences with ghosts.

A few more things that might happen, Titan Tower gets averted thanks to Danny's foreknowledge and Danny's eagerness to test a few headcanons of his on the basically brainwashed Jason mostly testing whether or not pit water is actually the same thing as ectoplasm or not in the hope to bring him back to his senses sooner. Danny is not going to let the miscommunication happen here if he can and will definitely stop the batarang to the throat thing from happening if he can. Batman helps him train and tries to figure out how to change Danny's ghost outfit because it's definitely possible Vlad did not get blasted with the vampire knock off outfit on(mainly because Bruce has aready mentally adopted this child and wants him to have better defenses then the suit he already died in twice thanks to memory blank). And tries to figure out how to bring Danny home... hopefully without using a Ghost portal because Gotham does not need Ghosts on top of everything else.

I fully respect Danny’s “yeah i dont like how the writers made this im going to fix it” and just full sending on it. This is a wonderful idea homie. Danny having the foreknowledge and doing his best to help The Bats while also trying to not be noticed by the entire JL

Geocaching fic idea (dp x dc)

Ok so, in this Tucker gets into geocaching stuff. He's got his trusty PDA and he's on forums doing different geocaching with some of them being more elaborate. Then he comes across this old thread of riddle and puzzle-filled geocaching which seems really cool, but the problem is it looks like the thing has been shot down. Which would suck, except Tucker digs into it a bit more (so what if he tracks the IP dress and looks into the original poster's file) and finds a brand new one.

Of course, Tucker is super hyped and decide to do it. The puzzle seem really fun and even if there's no prize to find in the end, it looks like a good time. So he cracks the first puzzle and gets to the first location.

He gets there and finds that he's not alone! There's a bunch of costumed people doing the geocache thing too! They seem to be really into method acting and are all like ‘our associate has been kidnapped and these clues were left by a super villain to find him'. Tuck has done LARPing before and he can roll with it, in fact he thinks it's pretty neat. But then they try and tell him to go home.

Tuck doesn't want to ruin their vibe but this is really dope so he decides to prove he's not amateur by solving the second riddle. The people look like they respect him a bit more, but are still hesitating. Tuck figures it's cause they don't want him to ruin the LARPing part so since they're all acting as superheroes he decides to tell them he's himself a hero but he's in civies right now (which is even sorta true with Team Phantom and all!)

So they get through the clues and Tucker can't remember last time he had this much fun. The guys are such good actors, Tuck can't help but think they have to be some kind of famous, so he plans to ask for an autograph at the end of the geocaching thing. After a bit, they eventually manage to find the 'kidnapped victim' (there's even a vat of fake acid and yet another fantastic actor playing a flamboyant villain) and save the day. Tuker is so so glad they let him join in because that was epic, he does have to say goodbye though he says they should do this again sometime.

As for the bats, they just met a very competent new hero on the scene who just handed them his civilian identity in order to help save one of their own. They are very grateful (and only a tiny bit suspicious as is par for the course with the bats) and they want to offer any help they can or at least exchange contact information which they didn't manage to get since the guy left so fast. So, they look him up.

ANOTHER CROSSOVER THAT NEED TO HAPPENS

In one Kaitou Kid Heist, when no detective assisted to help, Nakamori-Keibu is accused of murder! Because the case wasn't solved at the second, now he is facing trial. Phoenix Wright need to defend the inspector in a trial with almost no evidence and no witnesses. ...no witnesses?

Of course the Phantom Thief Himself decide to give a surprise testimony, But is this the real Phantom Thief? or a Impostor?

(Gameplay: Make him Return the Jewel as evidence of their identity, lol) Kaitou Kid testimony imply that another master of disguise is framing Nakamori-Keibu, and leaves before anyone catches him (Trucy would want a duel with magic, that need to happens too somehow)

Next day the investigation continue, and Phoenix don't understand why a kid saying "I'm just a kid!" When asked about their identity triggers this.

Bruce knew immediately that it wasn't his son. Even if the glowing neon green eyes weren't a dead giveaway, Tim would never move like that. He was clumsy and uncoordinated in a way a normal teen would be, not at all like the trained fighter that he actually was.

Next was the voice. It was nothing like Tim's, and Bruce was surprised that whoever this kid was - because that definitely sounded like a kid - actually thought anyone would be fooled by this. Oh well, he wanted info and wanted to make this kid squirm a bit as punishment, so why not bring out Brucie baby and tease him a little?

"Tim dear, why are you still in the office? I thought I told you to go to bed early tonight! You're going to pass out again!"

The kid wearing Tim's face looked alarmed for a bit. Once Bruce had mentioned passing out and he took the opportunity to shuffle the kid towards the door while his guard was down.

"Wait! I need to get-"

"Whatever it is," Bruce interrupted, "It can wait till tomorrow."

The kid slumped a bit and pouted, but otherwise made no attempts of escaping as Bruce led the fake Drake to the elevator, however the moment they got into the car "Tim" blacked out in the passenger seat and didn't wake up for three hours. All tests showed that this was the real Tim, so what was happening?

Tim awoke with a gasp on a couch in the manor.

"Tim," Bruce began, already getting up from his place in the nearby armchair, but before he could speak, Tim croaked out, "Possessed"

"What?"

"Possession. He was after the device that was powered by the unidentified green substance we found."

Aka Danny tries to steal back his parents' dangerous stuff only to be stopped at the last minute.

Danny doesn't even know what half this stuff does, but he's not too keep on finding out, thus trying to get them away from the humans

Danny decided 'you know what this man needs adult supervision' Danny had just moved to Bludhaven as small business weren't questioned even it was owned by a teenager.

So Danny opened up a very cheap mechanic store, prices were to die for and people were thankful he didn't ask questions as long as they did the same for him.

Que one very malnourished and exhausted cop coming in for a check up on their cop car. So Danny took one look at that man and thought he needed someone to help him.

Dick is so confused why plates of food keep appearing everywhere around him, with little post it notes saying he should sleep more and drink water. At first dick thought it was Alfred who finally gained teleportation powers, but one call later confirmed that his original theory was wrong.

He took the nest meal to analyze and found that it was perfectly healthy for consumption. Alfred even said that he thought the person behind it all just wanted Dick to have a more healthy life style.

Dick tried to piece together who could possibly be doing that, especially going into his house undetected. Then one day it was his one day off and the doorbell rung thinking it was one of his brothers because go the short black hair and overall build, he opened the door not to any of his brothers, but a teen nonetheless.

'good at least your taking care of yourself and actually eating proper foods, now I'm here to discuss your extracurriculars and how to time manage them appropriately without running yourself to the ground' the teen pushed past Dick who had his jaw dropped "I've brought my own board with an ideal itinerary that I expect you to follow. Danny is younger when the portal accident happens. He is found in the Ghost Zone by Ember, who takes her to her beastie Kitty, who then adopts him with her boyfriend Johnny. They'd never expected to have kids, but they had always wanted them. It was a pity they had died far too young. It's when they noticed Danny was weird for a baby ghost they take him to the only known doctors they can, the yetis.

Danny is a half-ghost. They didn't even know that was possible! But... he's still their kid. He's just a bit special... and requires special needs no other ghosts have... like human nutrition and stuff. And if he doesn't get them, he'll probably destabilize. Ah jeez!!!

Not all is lost. The Fenton's portal was confiscated and destroyed by the Justice League after what happened to Danny, but Gotham has PLENTY of natural portals and ambient actoplasm! One of Kitty's best friends when she was alive and still in high school, a certain Harley Quinn, is more than happy to set them up and help them with her new, slightly spooky nephew while they adjust and try to get human disguises!!

Now, Kitty had visited Harley a few times since her untimely death. Harley was well aware of her and Jonny. What happened and how they were. So her turning up to show off her Baby ghost? Wasn't going to be that much of a shock. The fact her Baby was special? Now that was going to make Harls shriek in glee. She should probably ask about what they'd need. She was pretty sure she still remembered. But... Just in case. They were going to double check. Things changed. New rules got implemented. All that shite. Plus, she'd need to be introduced to people. Her and Jonny needed ID's. So did Danny. So he could go to school. They'd need jobs too. But with their powers? That wouldn't be an issue. Jonny would probably go back to running stuff for the mob. It was good money. And it's not like they could kill him if he fucked up.

Late night The Crow Cries at Midnight thoughts, but... "Izaya Sagiri" (gas station attendant) and Shadowkechi kinda work as parallels/foils of each other? Both were aspects of an original being (in "Izaya's" case, Izanami-no-Mikoto), who developed independent egos from that original being. Shadow Akechi represents the positive traits and vulnerabilities that Akechi was afraid to accept in himself, whereas "Izaya"/Izanami represents a much more chaotic or, at the very least, immoral facet of the original Izanami-no-Mikoto who has a deeply jaded perspective on the nature of humanity and what humanity truly desires. "Izaya" has already invested a lot of interest in Akechi because he's such an odd anomaly. Someone who has every reason to want to watch the world burn, but, due to the circumstances (namely, Kanji reaching out to him and fundamentally changing the trajectory of his life), Akechi is deeply driven by his sense of justice and desire for truth. His greatest struggle was accepting that he could accept the love and kindness of others unconditionally and that, actually, he does want teammates and friends and still longs to be a hero. And his way of thinking and everything is so interesting that Izanami wants to rotate him around in her head and just... the Social Link Akechi shares with the funny gas station man is so funny because while on one hand, Izaya's posing all these deep, philosophical questions and shit for Akechi to unpack through vague metaphors involving Mega Beef Bowls, there is an attachment. And then there's Shadowkechi, who existed as a Shadow just long enough to develop an ego of his own and who, even after being accepted by Akechi and gaining the ability to take on the form of a Persona, is still Shadow Akechi in terms of consciousness and personality and is really more like Erina than a normal Persona.

And it's just interesting in that there's kinda this interesting commonality but contrast between Shadowkechi and Izaya and now I really wanna capitalize on that later. The two of them should talk. Something to chew on for later, I guess. Not sure where I'd fit it in as things are PACKED starting in July with a lot of huge, huge divergences that basically continue to break and bend the plot of Persona 4 in very juicy ways... but food for thought before I crash. Also Izanami just casually being a man as the gas station attendant reads as very genderfluid-adjacent and honestly that is so valid. Just a funny side note.
