Zant was more than confused as to why he was choosing to remain here. Link was indeed the enemy, correct? The Twili eyed the fairy warily as well, as she (?) would no doubt make the mission of spying on the Hylian forces that much more difficult. Number one thing was that he had to act interested in the youth’s side. The ‘side of good.’ Helmet completely retracted now, he studied the two figures some more before throwing a question out there. “What is venison?”

       {△} – “It’s deer!” Proxi said as she flew around Link’s head. He gave a swat at her because she was getting her sparkly crap in the food. He sighed and brought it over to the door and opened it. “He’s got to go out back to cook it so come with us.” Proxi was not completely sure about leaving Zant alone in the house. Link on the other hand felt there was nothing to worry about. Zant was on their side now. What was there to fear? He walked outside and to the back of the house where the fire pit was. There was a make shift grill over it. He lit the fire with a bit of magic let it heat up the grill.

He had to completely retract the helmet, so he did. Of course he felt peculiar doing so, but he was also thirsty and had no other choice. “M… Meat? Food?” his stomach did, in fact, rumble. There hadn’t been a great collection of food at the fort with Ganon.

       {△} –  Link could not help but laugh slightly at the sight of the Twili making an attempt at drinking the water without removing his helmet. It seemed the mention of food made the other’s mouth water, so Link started to take it out of the ice box. 

       “Link makes the best venison! It’s soooo good. He’s a great cook!” Proxi smiled triumphantly at the other, very proud of Link’s ability.

⑆⑇ The home was small enough that Zant had to hunker down to make it past the doorway. A small problem easily solved, but an obvious sign that these homes were not for Twili. The same burning hues from earlier darted about, taking in what furniture existed, and the living space. Not much, but still homey. His own mind wandered briefly, and was called back by the sound of glasses clattering.

“I do not know what your people eat or drink, so forgive me for not asking of anything.” Not that Zant really cared to, he could feel that familiar pull at the back of his mind when Ganondorf was doing his own ‘checking in.’ Caused a needless migraine, but all was going to plan, he could reassure his 'god’ of that much. “Some water. Perhaps.”

       {△} – Link nods and pours a glass of water for the Twili. He walked it over to him and handed it off. He returned to the kitchenette and started looking through the cupboards and ice box for something to make. 

       “Oh! Make meat! I want something really chewy!” Proxi bumped against Link a few times. “Hey you! You want meat?” She asked Zant.

N O T liking the way the fairy was snapping at him, it was hard to not become aggressive and fight back with some rather choice words of his own. What did she know?! ’careful, or I will shove you into a bottle,’ Zant thought to himself. He could see the youth occasionally look to the shadow, and the Twili returned the glance with burning eyes from the shade below. It cut quite the eerie figure,of course. Once arrived, Zant reappeared next to Link and cast Proxy a rather disdainful look before following Link’s cue to enter. The land itself had been large enough for the run of Epona, and the inside of the house was also quite spacious. Moe than enough for a simple solider. “Not like my home in the Twilight, though I must admit you have some decent taste in aesthetic.” Yes, that was somewhat of a compliment.

       {△} – Link offered a simple smile at the compliment. He was glad that he (sort of) liked his house. It certainly was not much, but it was nice enough for him. Link walked over to the small kitchenette and took out a two glasses. Proxi flew around his head and glanced over at the glaces. 

       “Hey! You want something to drink? Or eat? Are you offering food Link? Because I am starving!” Proxi smiled. Link gave a nod. He did not mind making food.

Design commission to @pocketseizure for both, Zelda (Twilight Princess) and Ganondorf (Wind Waker) - I don’t usually take design commissions but having the opportunity to make some new unofficial designs for both characters looked too much fun to pass by. 

I suggest you go read their little screenplay about their speculative, airships and sky pirate themed timeline for more information and inspiration for these as well ! A second commission will feature both characters and will be made soon.
