Some months ago, I would say both. Now, with the addtionnal gain, i'll say after! New stretch marks, a much bigger stomach, a more proeminent double chin, and a big pudgy belly with a respectable belly hang. Hey even her belly have cellulite! I can't wait to see her reaching 300-315 pounds in a year and maybe easing her gains afterwards to adapt to her new mordib obese body.
