To go from my current weight of 242.8 to 130, assuming zero exercise, eating a stir fry that has 2 cups of vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, Lima beans, green beans, 2 eggs, 2 cups of rice (long grain brown rice) seasonings, sauces.

126.7lbs would be classified as severely underweight

140, and the outline of my ribs would start to show, as that's that low end of in-weight. 185 would have me looking like average MMA fighter. Right now In my current weight and height, if I were for argument sake, In the UFC, they would have me squaring up against Brock Lesnar. That's a hypothetical not a literal. For reference Brock Lesnar 6'3, and in his UFC career, his weight was at 265.2

163 is probably right around the way a doctor would recommend. It's dead center on the BMI.

Ideal femboy bodies are usually slightly under center of bmi. Which in my case would be 155-160ish, to get to 160, would take me 75 weeks. Which is 1 year and 160 days.

Men prefer femboys with a plump fuckable ass, that body in my case is more 165. Which would take 70 weeks, a whole 35 days less.
