A la ferme - Part 1: fences

This set is the first one of a long series in order to build a farm/cottage/countryside environment. As there are many items planned, I will separate them in several mini sets - so you can get them little by little and so I can alternate sometimes with other stuff so I don't tired myself !I'm still waiting for S4S to update to be able to make functional items with the new EP, so for now I'm concentrating on basegame build assets. For starting, this set contains 6 new fences with assorted gates. Hope you'll like it !

Everything is basegame compatible

All items are rather low poly

Some gate will need bb.moveobject in order to be placed (the tall one will get a mesage like they need short fence, I couldn't find the reason)

A la ferme part 3: Roofs

This is the third part of the farm/cottage collection. This one is about roofs ! I already added a lot of build item in the Perigord set, so I focused on wooden roods, adding three new roofs and 2 more roof trims ! (My favorites from this set ❤). I also included a modular support beam, a weathervane, two sized pediment, a nest with eggs and decor stork and three functional chimneys for the roof (the open one have slot on top so you can actually place the large nest in it if you want !)

Britechester College (No CC)

Britechester College is one of the original dormitories of Britechester University. Originally a boys only dorm, the college has been home to many notable alumni, including Mortimer Goth and Geoffrey Landgraab. It was inspired by neoclassical and gothic revival architecture, such as Highclere Castle and the Palace of Westminster.

The lot includes 16 dorm rooms, 6 bathrooms, and many common spaces, including multiple libraries, a recreation room, and cafeteria.

— First off, this is the last buy objects I will release FOR NOW, for I want to release more cas stuff and learn how to mesh clothes in the next following weeks. So I apologize if I don’t upload anything for a while, but I promise I’m learning something new for you guys every day. Anyway, I will hit 3k followers soon so I’m still thinking of a gift for you all.

Second, I would like to give credit to @lavi3enrose2019 for the lamps, for trusting me and schooling me on nodes! I had to name this set after her, because of her I definitely have better understanding on meshing now so I was inspired to make more wicker meshes with the lamps she sent me! Meshes are by Nguyen Minh Khoa which were very high poly, which I’ve decreased to 10k to 50k poly… lol any more than that the lamps would have lost its quality, so please take this warning that it may slow down your game.

PXL’S BLUE HESPER PALM 𝐟𝐨𝐫  TS4

Brahea armata, commonly known as Mexican blue palm or blue Hesper palm, is a large evergreen tree of the palm family Arecaceae, native to Baja California, Mexico. It is widely planted as an ornamental. Striking blue fan-shaped leaves make a bold statement in the landscape. Creamy white blooms form in summer on long inflorescence which hang down from the leaves. This palm is slow-growing and tolerant of rocky soils and desert heat. Maintains its unique blue coloring best in full sun. Evergreen.
