Either I put myself in boiling water or I go on a diet.

Today I didn't eat for 16 hours 46 minutes, and I ate 594 kcal. And I did three abdominal workouts :)

Day 4. Apples
Today was not an apple day, but I still only ate 597 kcal, and I haven't eaten for 19 hours and 13 minutes.
I am very ashamed that today is not an apple day because of all these factors. My poor health, my boyfriend who gives me food and my mother who is worried that I don't eat..
As a result, I had gum for breakfast, which is 3 kcal.
For lunch there was pasta 65grams 67kcal + meatballs 40grams 71kcal + cucumber 43grams 5kcal + breadstick 25kcal + tea 4kcal
For dinner I ate a sandwich that my boyfriend gave me so as not to offend him...it was a scary 421kcal for me + 1kcal of sugar-free cola

Day 3. Omad.
In the morning I saw such a flat stomach in the mirror, and the scales showed 44.1 kg(97,2lb)! -500g(1,1lb) per night! My hip bones stick out so much...it hurts to sleep on my stomach..I even took photos of my body, I don't like my belly so I'm going to fix it with workouts.
Today I fasted for 25 hours 3 minutes. I ate 595 kcal and for the first time in a long time I ate meat again, an interesting feeling.
I did 15 minutes of Chloe Ting's intense HIIT for fat burn workout, 15 minutes of lymphatic drainage workout and 15 minutes of dance workout.. I'm ashamed that I couldn't do more..

Day 2. Choco.
Today I ate 595 kcal of chocolate. I've been on a fast for 18 hours and 25 minutes. I feel tired, have a headache and be hungry, as it usually happens on a choko day.
I got on the scales just for fun and lost 400g (0,8lb) in two days! I weigh 44.6 kg (98,3 lb).
Did Chloe Ting's abs workout today, did some really sweaty cardio and my favorite stretch!

My weight is 45 kg (99,2lb), in these two weeks I lost 3,8 kg (8,4 lb), in principle, I think this is not too bad. Step by step and I will reach my goal of 41 kg (90 lb)!

Day 14. 800.
Today I didn鈥檛 eat for 16 hours and 23 minutes, but I ate exactly 800 kcal. The day was busy, I feel terrible.
The final weight about this diet will be waiting later, as well as perhaps a small review or just a burst of emotions.. lol
I did a workout for swelling, a workout from Chloe Ting for abs and my favorite back workout.

Ate 691 kcal and haven't eaten for 16 hours 48 minutes.
I had a date with my boyfriend, I'm ashamed that I said "no, thank you" to almost all his offers of food. I read my calories approximately. I walked a lot but I'm still worried.

P.S. I tried a new energy drink, after the taste it gives off a hint of baked goods, but otherwise it鈥檚 delicious. The taste is lime and mint and it comes out to 10 kcal put 500 ml.

To be honest, I feel bad today both physically and mentally. I fasted for 19 hours and 56 minutes today and ate 697 kcal. I walked a tightrope with these calories today, but everything went well.
I did a workout. Leg Distance, waist and Arm Lift Workout.
I feel bad and I hate myself.

Day 10. 700.
OMG! I decided to do a protein day and it was so cool! I didn't feel hungry even though I ended up eating 669 kcal! Usually I still feel hungry but not in this case! Wonderful! I will now regularly include protein days in my diets.
I sat on Intelvian fasting for 17 hours and 2 minutes.
I did a couple of calorie burning workouts.

P.S. Here is a small photo report, this is my lunch, there is egg white and two different cheeses ;) This very filling lunch contains only 126 kcal!

How I hate the damn fact that my parents watch me eat. Today all my 22 hours 44 minutes of hunger strike just went nowhere, They made me sing and I have no idea how many calories it was... I need to do some workout..
