They should invent a method of asking for reassurance that nobody secretly hates you that doesn't make people secretly hate you.

I've said this before but every basic feminism 101 women's empowerment event I've ever been to has been all about telling women and girls that it's okay to speak up for ourselves, it's okay to take up space, it's okay to be strong and fast and loud and hungry and sexy and smart and good at things without feeling shame, but apparently, with the way some people talk, the second a trans woman does any of these things it's evidence of "male socialization" and needs to be called out and "corrected." like, even if this were the case, which it isn't, I think it's patently insane to believe "it looks like these women don't have as much crushing shame from a lifetime of experiencing misogyny as most other women" (<- a claim that, from my experience, is simply not true about trans women) and then follow it up with "I must Fix This by teaching them to shut up and be ashamed" instead of, like, idk "good for them, I wish this type of liberation for all other women as well."

When you scroll too much, when you consume too much, when you spend so much time reading other people’s thoughts and watching their lives you start picking up ideas that aren’t even yours. You begin to idealize a life that isn’t meant for you. And little by little, you forget to appreciate your own. Mindless consumption doesn’t just waste ur time it ruins ur mood, damages ur self-image, and changes how you see the people around you. It affects so much more than you realize. Fix the problem now. Limit your screen time and set boundaries for social media. Curate your feed to follow only what truly inspires you. Take regular breaks to disconnect and reflect on your own life , not everything you see deserves space in your heart. Not every thought deserves to live inside you. If you're not careful, you'll start living a life that doesn’t feel like yours and wonder why you feel so lost fix yourself !!!

people with breasts who don’t want to wear a bra aren’t doing anything wrong by going braless and quite frankly their boob situation is none of your business to begin with.
wearing a bra is a personal choice just like wearing any other garment of clothing is. no one is under any obligation to harness their breasts—they are not being “disrespectful” or anything else negative by not wearing a bra. you, however, are being disrespectful if you give people who prefer to go braless shit for doing so.
if you have an issue with it, stop looking at their chest and mind your own damn business. problem solved.

No one is watching you as much as you think they are. No one cares if you're biking alone, playing basketball by yourself, or sitting by a river with a blanket and a book. What actually matters is how those things make you feel. Do they bring you peace? Do they make you happy? That’s what counts. Not some random stranger’s opinion that won’t even last ten seconds. think again

There’s a word in Armenian — արևահամ (arevaham) — that has no direct equivalent in English, yet it carries the warmth of an entire season, both in nature and in one's life.
It’s made of two roots: արև (arev), meaning "sun", and համ (ham), meaning "taste" or "flavor". Together, they form a word that means "sun-flavored", but it’s much more than that. It's a poetic way of describing something that’s been touched, ripened, or enriched by the sun, and carries "the taste", the warmth of the sun within itself.
As Charents wrote: "I love the sun-flavored (arevaham) word of my sweet Armenia."
Alongside արևահամ (“sun-flavored”), we have another luminous word: արևաբույր (arevabuyr). It means “sun-scented”. It is warmth made fragrant. Light made tender and almost tangible.
As Gurgen Mahari wrote: "The fresh morning air, sun-scented (arevabuyr) and rain-flavored, filled my heart with joyful longing."

Oh Aphrodite
oh Aphrodite, please hear my prayers. i fear you have forgotten to give me a heart.
oh Aphrodite, eros’ arrows pass me by, i watch them find a home in someone else.
oh Aphrodite, i crave to love, and be loved as all the books and poets say.
oh Aphrodite, tears warp the pages, the ink bleeds, so i cannot read the words, i cannot feel.
oh Aphrodite, the ink stains my hands, my failure branded for all to see.
oh Aphrodite, if i can engrave the words into my bones, perhaps i can pretend
Sweet Child, it’s easier to blame a god you don’t believe in, than admit you are different.
Sweet Child, do you understand now the fear and anger have faded?
Sweet Child, your heart is not broken, it has been crafted to fall in love with Life herself.
