As someone who suffers from regular anxiety attacks, heres some cool tips to help prevent one or calm down!

-Straighten your shoulders and back, dont allow yourself to curl up into a fetal position, it's what your body naturally wants to do.

-Carry around a bottle of cool water anywhere you go. Staying hydrated is very important! If you're someone who enjoys warm water, carry that around too!

-Face your anxiety. Practice this a few times to avoid any bad results, but once you get the hang of it, focusing on the world around you instead of your anxiety is best.

-Fidget toys are literal life savers. Can be anything from fidget cubes and spinners to pens and mechanical pencils. Stress balls and spare pieces of cloth to pet are pretty common ones.

-Ask yourself simple questions. "What's my name?" "Where do I live? "What's my favorite -?" These simple questions help to distract yourself from negative thoughts. If you know someone who is anxious and see them going through an attack, try asking these types of questions once they claim down a bit.

-Watch cute animal videos. Dont like animals? Watch cute baby videos. I cant explain it, but they do WONDERS if you're in an anxious mood.

-Breath slowly. Count each breath and breath through the nose. This will help clear your head and let you think!

Those are some strategies I use. Posting this because i had an anxiety attack about a week and someone had given me some advice that really helps! Stay safe ;;
