My breakfast from this morning! Chia seed pudding topped with mixed berry & acai banana ice cream + @purely_elizabeth granola 👌 sooo delicious!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chia pudding - Mix 3 Tbsp @salbachia chia seeds, 1 cup @califiafarms almond milk, and 1-2 tsp maple syrup in a mason jar. Stir everything together well then cover and leave in the fridge overnight. I recommend mixing it again after an hour or two so all the chia seeds don’t fall to the bottom! Top with banana ice cream and granola. Enjoy!

Start green to clean out the system and get an early immune boost. Super light acai bowl, you can add chopped fruit and nuts on top as you like, I like mine naked. Recipe: 1 cup fresh pineapple ¼ avocado 1 cup spinach 1 table spoon extra virgin coconut oil 1 tsp Tumeric powder ½ tsp cayenne pepper Inch freshly grated Ginger 2 large tablespoons coconut kefir yogurt Drizzle of unsweetened almond milk Throw it in the Nutribullet and give it a go…I usually like mine thick, so I do three blends.
