heyy BIG POST bc this time it's an entire 2-bed 1 bath apartment you might be wondering why it's grainy, well... I went a little too crazy with the props and technically you're supposed to either use super low quality items for a 3d scene like this OR each room is it's own file but well. I didn't wanna. and this is just for references anyway. So basically they wouldn't render outside of the viewport. I really mightve broken my pc with this one anyways before I knew it I stuck to a single palette that united the whole space without every room looking the same im being vague on purpose. If Adrien wasn’t in Paris, if he was in another country and Nino was some handsome stranger he’d never see again, he’d have already made an advance. Men like Nino – tall, strong, confident, beautiful – usually had Adrien wrapped around their finger pretty quickly. What Adrien wouldn’t give to be at Nino’s beck and call right now.

more wheelchair adrien (spinal cord injury) thoughts:

gabriel forces him to wear gloves whenever he’s in his chair - can’t ruin his hand modeling career. adrien hates every pair of those stupid gloves he has and much prefers to wheel without them. he does whenever gabriel isn’t watching.

adrien still models from the waist up or sitting on something that’s not his chair. before he goes to public school and exists outside more often, most people don’t know he’s disabled at all.

gabriel pushes adrien’s chair all. the. fucking. time. adrien HATES when people grab his chair and push him - especially his father. he can do everything by himself! alya calls in a favor with her big sis to help them just fully remove the handles without damaging the chair frame. problem solved.

adrien misses when he was in rehab after the accident because people encouraged him to be independent. he did everything for himself. his father won’t let him do anything and he’s always scared he’ll lose it.

the agreste’s have a van with a wheelchair lift. adrien is much happier transferring into a passenger seat and letting someone he trusts store his chair in the trunk, or, even better, taking the wheels off and hauling it in after himself. his friends’ parents always let him do it, too!

gabriel makes adrien feel guilty he survived the car accident that killed emilie. he makes adrien feel like a burden for needing so much help now, too.

nathalie doesn’t tell if she catches adrien doing something he’s not “supposed” to do as long as he’s safe. she makes sure he does all his exercises his therapists have prescribed to keep himself safe. she was the one who helped him learn how to navigate the mansion and get dressed when he first came home, after all. she’s the one who went to caregiver training in rehab before he got discharged.

adrien has to self-cath. his friends help remind him to stay on schedule when they hang out after school - he’s having so much fun he sometimes forgets. they don’t judge him for it, either.

he still joins kitty section as their keyboardist. they make all their sets accessible without ever making him feel like a burden.

adrien is invited to everything like a normal kid. his friends fight with venues to make sure he can get in by himself. they’ll help when there’s just too many stairs and adrien asks, though.

Sorry, but the whole “Hector is wearing Achilles’ own armor, taken from my corpse. It looks, almost, as if Achilles is chasing himself.” part just has me thinking… Who is Achilles truly hunting down on that battlefield? The man who killed Patroclus, or the man who let Patroclus walk into his demise? Who is Achilles trying to punish? Who is he truly trying to kill? Hector or himself?

Do you ever think Chat Noir takes Ladybug's instructions to keep identities secret a little too seriously to the point it crosses back over to being hilarious?

I'm thinking in terms of "deliberately encourages misinformation about himself". The internet has a couple theories about Ladybug's identity (mostly just the basics which she's personally confirmed, because Ladybug is a very private person with a history of dropping the Eiffel Tower on people she doesn't like), but they've *exploded* over Chat Noir. Hundreds if not thousands of theories over who (and/or what, and/or how) he could be. They range from the mundane to the extreme, and Chat goes out of his way to "confirm" as many theories as possible, even when they're blatantly false and make zero sense whatsoever. Adrien Agreste has like ten separate sockpuppet accounts on Reddit and the Ladyblog forums and they're all devoted to spreading conspiracy theories about Chat Noir with varying levels of rationality.

It helps that Adrien has a huge variety of skills and talents that he basically never uses in his normal life because they were only stuff he learned to please his parents, but now he can put all those skills to use as "evidence" to confirm weird theories. "Hey, Chat Noir, is it true you're actually not from France but actually [random country]?" And Chat just responds with a couple sentences of perfectly fluent [random country's most common language] explaining that he's not allowed to confirm or deny that theory.

It drives Ladybug insane. It drives Alya Cesaire insane. It drives the villains insane. And it's the most fun Adrien's ever had. Maybe Ladybug was onto something with this "keeping our identities secret" thing after all!
