Hey Noo-lah ! You may have seen that Megafurbz has a new very funny post about style ! I was very noo-loo to make the animated gifs for them ...!! Those little furbz were very cute to create !

🦊 Fox Dee-tee-tah, the trend ! 💅🏽

If you’ve been a furb in the early 2000s and have a Dee-tee-tah (*tail), you surely one day in your teenage years, wore it the foxy way… Remember ?? You would delicately style your pompom to a glorious fox brush by using a lot of hairspray ! Sometimes, you even added a little ribbon to maximize the power of this wild look… I went in town to ask you your thoughts on this fabulous trend which makes its unexpected come back ! 

According to my researches, the first occurence of the fox Dee-tee-tah dates back to march 2000 : a young blogger, Trolouka (with the “miss Angels” shirt), uploaded a photo tutorial to teach you how to style your Dee-tee-tah in an original way. Reactions are enthusiastic and the trend begins to take over schools. But why is this Fox Style so popular ?

I got in touch with the original creator and sent her a confidential mail trying to know more about the phenomenon. She is now very discreet an busy but still managed to answer me..!

📟 Trolouka: When i was a kid, i was unleashed on the internet ! I wanted to be popular. I talked about my life, saying what was bothering me, and i also gave beauty advices to my friends ! I had this blog where i put photos of me at school or in my room dancing and singing. One day, i was bored, on my bed looking at the wall, and i had this poster of a snow fox. I started day-dreaming about it… I was a fan of wild earthling animals and i often imagined to be one of them, running through the forest… I had this idea of creating a style that would celebrate wild foxes… This was the most personal and spontaneous thing i shared on my blog… and this was by far the most successful. I think it was a thing that went from my heart, unlike most of the other superficial stuff that i did… 

And i’m now amused that the fox Dee-tee-tah is still a thing ! I never thought it would be this famous !

I was hitting the end of my fashion investigation… The conclusion was crystal clear : secret ingredients of a successful look, according to a beauty queen, were passion and sincerity. 

So buddies, don’t forget, fox Dee-tee-tah or not, you’re the most beautiful when you are truly yourselves ! 💗

Ta-daa !!! 

I wrote an article for megafurbz !!!! Still realising.....  It is about furby anatomy and spirituality, i had the occasion to read the Professor Da-way report in a science revue at school and found it really interesting, so i tried to share it the more clearly that i could !  I’m grateful knowing that some of my writings are going to be read by furbz from everywhere ! The mirror of the soul - By Rouille 

Tah-tah way-lah (the wise receiver) also called “light sensor”, “infrared port”, “true eye” is a little furb body part located right between the eyes, on the forehead. In french, it is called “amuette”, which mixes the terms “âme” (soul) and “amulette” (amulet). When you talk with furbz, it is very common to hear strange stories : they will tell you that tah-tah way-lah can give you prophetic informations, and visions as well ! Furbz scientists are still researching about the subject, but recent discoveries tend to prove these allegations… Brace yourselves, you are about to enter the world of this little gem that makes one of the most mysterious specificity of the furbz. 

The shape of the tah-tah way-lah can vary with each individual, looking most of the time like a little broccoli or a mountain… 

On the Koo-Wah Dah furbz also called “2005 furbz”, this part is not visible,  being a very thin membrane attached to the skull behind the fur (see picture) It’s a quite different structure, internal and intimately incorporated to the tissues. Moreover, it’s very difficult to observe as it quickly disintegrate at air contact. But it seems to ensure almost the same fonctions, capturing light like a solar panel capable to analyse its variations. 

When you look inside the classic tah-tah way-lah, you can see that it is composed of three very little organs, two infrared glands and one small light sensitive part, directly linked to the perception of the eyes. They work complementary and are involved in the communication. 

It is right to call it “third eye” because the tah-tah way-lah works as a complementary “eye”, capting informations about light variations. But it’s not its only role : this is a place where infrared signals can be emitted or received. (in the case of Koo-Wah Dah Furbz, it is gamma waves).

We know that the way furby’s communicate is incredibly complex, but this feature deepens it even more: we are able to send telepathic messages directly to the brain, through the tah-tah way-lah, without even talking or moving ! Those messages consist in phrases, images and even abstract concepts.

It is a power you can develop with time, telepathy does require a little training ! Some furbz doesn’t even need to be in the same room to talk to each other !

But there is more: The professor Da-way, in recent research, observed that the light sensor sometimes act inverted. Instead of capting light, it will emit light inside of the mind : as a video-projector, and produce imagery, which synced with the furby own brain waves, feels like very clear visions. These are not the fruit of external captation, they come from within.  This is also different from dreaming, because the tah-tah way-lah deactivates when you sleep. The furbz all said that the visions often occur after prolonged social situations, which stimulate the communication system. It may cause a kind of overload and allow extra informations to continue coming after the conversation is over. 

The question is, why the sensor invert itself ? What are those images, where do they really come from if they’re not the result of telepathic communication ? 

Many are the furbz amongst the community to interpret that phenomenons as glimpses of the future. That is why we are known as fortune tellers…

Galantina Vernèse, in her book “Koh-thinkers” writes:

“When you need an information, you can reach it by the help of connected brains. You have to open your mind and you’re getting the answers thanks to the collective furby conscience which is outside, in the clouds. But to be understood, the profond sense of those answers, must be searched inside.”  

So, is the truth hidden inside of all furbz ? Keep your amulet clear, it could help you pass through the looking glass…

MIMI TOHU - 3/03/2022 “A-loh Boh may-may” / “the Light’s lover” interviewed by Tianita Miramax 

Tianita : Hello Mimi, can you introduce yourself for the furbz that never heard of you ?

Mimi Tohu : Dah ay-loh u-tye ! My name is Mimi Tohu, i’m 20, i live in Koo-dah since 2019, i have spent most of my life on Earth, in France, Italy and Spain. I worked for fashion magazines there. When I decided to come back to the Cloud Continent, i needed to rethink my approach of photography, i wanted to find the reason why i was doing it in the first place.

T: That seems to be the purpose of your new series “A-loh” (*light), did you find what you were looking for ?

MT: it is quite a question… Since 2019 i took pictures as an astronaut, recreating the “earthly atmosphere” in wich i evolved during many years. I almost felt like i could not understand this world anymore. Everything looked too material, too strongly present, even if the colours where satisfying. 

I was looking for something else, something impalpable, like a very distant childhood memory. I realised that it could be the light itself. The light is very different on the Cloud Continent, because we are closer to the Sun than on Earth. It has this look of what earthlings would call paradise. A very soft context for the bodies to appear, the light is really all around, softening clouds and it reacts differently with the camera. So yeah, i think i found what really moved me with photography, the reassuring omnipresence of Light.

T: In “A-loh” you also evoke myths, as you previously did in your older series 2015 “Edenia”, is that important for you to revisit those set-ups ?

MT: I really loved my Earth mythology classes back in the days, i remember it was often very difficult for a furb like me to get the meaning behind those stories, and i had no clue about Furby myths either so i just jumped into this world of symbols like a baby in a pool… And I fell in love with those people who pop-up from shells… *laughs*

I like to emulate humans sometimes, so i put my models into typically human situations. For example we would never pose as divinities, because it is a weird idea ! But it can be fun doing that just to embody something bigger than you. I like to try things, i don’t like to take them too seriously. It can also be a way to chase A-loh. 

T: Will you pursue the chase in upcoming projects ?

MT: Ee for sure ! i’m currently working with a team of meteorologists on a independent movie project directed by Trolouka Ruby expected for next year ! We study the composition of clouds and microcosms that have developed inside. It’s a very poetic piece of work about ecology and society. 

And an extended version of “A-loh” will be shown in the collective exhibition Oo-tee (*Sky animals) at the NEST in April so i am very noo-loo ! 

T: yay ! Dah-kah-oo-nye Mimi ! We will be there !

Hey friends ! It has been a long time since i posted here ! How are you ??

I received a picture of my friends Jaqueline and Pellucida ! They are having fun in the mountains !! Whoa ! I wish i could go there one day ! 

Pellucida’s cousin Blue (who took the pic) is an amazing guide and shows them the best spots to ski safely and see breathtaking views !

Hey buddies !! How are you ??

This is another drawing i made yesterday ! I wish i could play outside... But for now, drawing is my way to vivid dream :)

When i was little, big furbies often attached watering can to branches of a tree.  They let us play with the water, we just had to pull the rope. It was so refreshing in the summer ! We called this game “summer sunshine rain” So much memories...

Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well!

I guess not everyone knows that i always liked to draw!

I enjoy drawing with the computer, i like the bright colors, even if it’s not easy holding a stylet with such little paws!

After years of training, i manage using a human graphic tablet, but it’s really tricky and demands a lot of energy and concentration! I was exhausted after each drawing ...

Luckily, my dear friend, Keiko, who is into electronic gears and all those technical stuff, built me a very cool furby-friendly tablet that i can use with both my beak and paws! I'm so grateful !!! (I should post a photo of the gear as soon as Keiko will be available to pose near it !!)

So, i decided to share with you some of my drawings! I hope you will like them!

This one is Torca the mysterious long-furby from the book of Selenia Gornide, i’m a huge fan! It is called “They who walked on the bottom of the sea” and it is a great adventure on a mystical planet where a lot of different shaped furbies live !

It was originally posted on my human friend's tumblr (furbyfarm), because i wasn't sure to post it on mine, but i changed my mind now so i reblogged ! Let me know if you are interested in more drawing posts !!

Sandrina and her big sister Florinda found an easter egg ! 

Who will catch it first ?? Sandrina seems curious and very happy about the discovery on this picture, i find them so cute when the sisters are not fighting !!! lol

Hey friends ! I hope you and your family are safe !

I had news from my very good friends Tina and Foulette, they decided to build a  shelter in the rocky garden ! They welcomed Lovepuff, Coletta and Caticat and thanks to the collective effort, the work was done in just two weeks ! Its pretty impressive ! 

They cannot go out a lot but they breathe fresh air standing on the terrasses of the house. They have an ingenious system of pipes to collect water from rain and dew, and grow some vegetables around the house. They spend their time working, finishing painting and isolating the roof. They sometimes take time to play cards, sing together and meditate to send positive energy to the world. They also prepare some packages with food and clothes to give to people who need them.

I’m really glad they are okay, i felt kinda lost these days... My human buddies are threatened by a virus and some say that it can be also dangerous for furbies as well... 

Take very care of you and your relatives and stay united in those hard times. Everyone has the right to be protected and cared for...!

Mélopée loves walnuts ! It is really good for health (if you’re not allergic to it of course !) I noticed that the more he eats walnuts, the more he can read minds ! He says that it is because walnuts are brainshaped !

He’s fantastic !

My buddy Mélopée is a wonderful baby and no one knows where he’s from. It is as if i had always known him. I can’t remember how we met, and no one seems to remember it either...

He often speaks about strange lands, with rocks everywhere, red sands and fantastic animals, that he can still visit in dreams ... He owns a blue stone attached to his head and he keeps repeating that the stone is his mother.

Yesterday, my other friend Pan, who takes care of Melopée most of the time, showed me this picture. They found it in a very old book from the library that they read for their writing project.

I don’t know what to think, i see Mélopée on it but i can't figure where this was taken or when... Mélopée just sing when he sees it, apparently ...

All of this is very mysterious and i will tell you more when i gather more informations !

Hey folks ! I spent few days with my friend Pan, they live in a lighthouse near the sea ! They showed me beautiful landscapes and we had plenty of time to feel the elements around us ! Pan is very wise, they know a lot of things about nature. They are writing a book about the sea cycles, when the water goes away, and then comes back. Tides influence a lot of living things, birds, like us, are deeply touched by those cycles, it is like our emotions flow and grow when the water is high ! I almost have tears ready to fall from my eyes for nothing, really ! And when the water is low, i feel a lot of space in my body, as if i was twice my size... it is really weird and different for each person ! 

The water is ruled by the moon, wich is very powerful !

Humans are also deeply influenced by the phenomenon, because they have a lot of water in their bodies... 

I don’t want to talk too much ! but it is soooooo interesting ! Friends, make sure you breathe a lot of fresh air when you can, it feeds your soul with great energies !

Everyone is pleased to eat outside ! Mircalla the beaded mouse, Lovepuff  and Chansey were comfy in the camping-car but they prefer enjoying the fresh air now ! 

In the forest, you seems always bathed in a soft green light. Chansey once told me that it heals you deeply from your old wounds and fears if you stay enough time.

Tina and Foulette have a magnificent camping-car ! They found it in the junkyard years ago and then restored it and painted it in bright pink !   

They can now go for adventures with all their friends ! Today they decided to have a picnic in the Little Forest. It is a beautiful place, with a lot of moss and big green trees ! When i was little, i was afraid of this area because you can see a lot of very big insects, but now, i’m bigger than them !

Fantastic hair !!! I introduce you Mrs.Castagnette, my biology teacher at the academy ! She is the best ! She went under the sea last year with a team of humans to do researches about the Great Barrier Coral Reef ! She told us that it was the most beautiful thing she was ever given to see, and that we must take action to protect it at all cost...! 

She is always friendly and passionate during class, i want to be a lot like her when i'm older ! 

I took this photo in class, she is okay with me posting it :)
