P3 final thoughts
I enjoyed working on Slime time with my teammates we all worked very hard and put a lot of effort into Slime time, and we are all proud of the outcome.

Text I made in photoshop for the menu and game over screen, I was going to give the text an outline but decided not to as the slime blob doesn’t have an outline.

Menu: I made the slime time text and the slime animation and the night sky animation.
I made the intro animations, Tyler made the space ship and meteorites, Alexia made the flames for the space ship, and I put it all together.
I created the animations in unity as we didn’t have a lot of time left, we wanted the animation to be simple and look like stop motion.

At the end of my level I wanted to add some sound effects, so I created a game object and added a simple script I wrote myself and added music to it so when the player walks through it the music will play.

In my group we had originally decided that we would do two levels each but as time went on we realized that it would be better if we made one long level each, I wanted my first level to be underground and the second level outside, since I couldn’t do this I made the ending of my level outside.

Inspired by the rising water in Super Mario Bros 3, world 3, I decided to add something similar to my level, I animated the top of the water and made the water have low opacity so the player could see the platforms.
I made a sign warning the player about the water, I also made the platforms closer to the bottom darker and the ones at the top light, the ones that the player are safe on have a white outline.

I decided to add some circles for the slime to squeeze through because through play testing I found out that the most fun part of slime time is the physics of the slime blob.
