I've been having a long conversation with @ghostie-mlm about executive dysfunction, which is extremely ironic considering I just had a massive urge to actually do things. And I did.

I showered, did some maths revision, had a whole meal at an appropriate time, had several drinks (not water but still), rewrote the reminder charts for the whole house, organised the clean washing (or laundry), and i watered my cacti!

And when i find my bloody post-it notes, I'll start on my reminder wall.

So the fact that I just added to how joking conversation about executive dysfunction after doing things to flip my executive dysfunction off, is funny to me.

And when doing this, I ALMOST had a meltdown, but i didn't actually have one, which is good.
