Ardyn's spoiled chocobo

Another headcanon we have about (past)Ardyn is about the black chocobo we see him riding in one of the loading screens!

The headcanon is that Ardyn raised the chocobo ever since she was an egg, after she hatched he named her Lyra.

Due to their close bond their practically glued to the hip, Ardyn adores Lyra to death and back.

We portray Lyra as a very sassy, chocobo whos very full and proud of herself. (Ardyns habit of spoiling her doesnt help either) Lyra usually always gets her way.

Essentially Lyra is Ardyns best friend forever, not even Gilgamesh could replace her.
