You were at home cooking dinner anticipating the arrival of your significant other. You smiled to yourself wondering what he'll tell at the table today.

Just then your thoughts were interrupted by the door opening and a soft sigh. "I'm back, love." His soft voice echoed through the hall and you called back, "Welcome home! I'm almost done cooking."

You heard his footsteps get closer and soon felt a pair of arms securely wrap around you. He rested his chin on your shoulder and watched as you finished preparing your meal.

You giggled a little, "Cyno, come on get off we have to eat now." The clatter of plates rang in your ears as you got the food settled.

As you both sat on opposite sides of the table, you watched intently hoping Cyno would enjoy the meal. To your delight he did and you took a bite satisfied with your work.

"How was work?" You broke the quietness and looked up at him.

He stopped thinking for a bit, "same as ever." He shrugged.

"Why don't you tell me some jokes." You grinned.

He stared at you for a bit and sighed, "Okay fine, but just a few."

He proceeded to tell his cryo slime and Sumpter beast joke to which you cringed a little but laughed a little anyway. "You didn't get it huh?" You looked away, "Well um... kind of?" You both smiled awkwardly.

You looked at Cyno and noticed the slight pinkness in his cheeks. You smiled softly, he was a little embarrassed wasn't he?

Am I the only one that things when we finish fighting scaramouche he's gonna have a huge break down. I feel like we're definitely gonna see him fall out of his mecha thing 😭

Letting you touch his ears

I just got him to friendship 7 and his teapot voicelines are so nice!

Tighnari was going on about the mushrooms again and you tried your best to pay attention but the your eyes somehow managed to wander over to his ears.

You watched as they moved as he talked and they even occasionally twitched a little. "Are you paying attention?" Tighnari looked at you suspiciously.

"Ah! Yes I am, please continue." You tried, you really did. But there was something mesmerizing about his ears that you just adored.

You heard a sigh come from him, "You wanna touch my ears don't you?"

You blushed a little as you were figured out. "Well, I mean... yeah?"

He shook his head and your gaze wandered to the way his ears moved with him. "Its okay, I'll let you touch them. I don't know why everyone wants to touch them so bad. They feel just like a cat's or dog's."

You reached up and touched the base of his ears. They twitched a bit at the unexpected touch. They were so soft, you thought to yourself. You kept rubbing them and messing with the stray hairs at the end of it. You even started playing around with them seeing how they move.

You grinned and you heard Tighnari's voice interupt your transe, "Okay okay that's enough." He had a slight blush on his face.

"You know everyone always steers clear of talking about 'ears' and 'tails' around me. They act like I'll get really mad if they're caught talking about them."

He shook his head and his ears moved with him. "I guess it's a good thing. I wouldn't want strangers walking up to my trying to touch them."

You nodded, "So~ can I touch your tail too?" You still had a smile on your face.

"Wha- I give you an inch and you take a mile." He sighed, "Yes I will let you touch my tail."

Your smile got even brighter and you scurried behind him and buried your hands into his tail. It was so warm and soft. But you didn't keep your hands on it for too long as you started to get embarrassed.

You heard a slightly chuckle from Tighnari, "I dont know why this makes you so happy but I'll let you touch them more often. You just have to ask." You had a sparkle in your eyes. "Thank you so much Tighnari!" And you let your eyes wander yet again to his ears.

Saving you from the Spinocrocodiles

You wandered through the forest collecting flowers to put in a vase you just got hoping to make your house more comforting.

As you bent down picking the flowers daydreaming to yourself, the violent jaws of a spinocrocodile just nearly missed your hand. You screamed dropping the flowers in your hand and falling back.

The high pitch scream echoed through out the forest and Tighnari immediately recognized it as yours. He stopped what he was doing and rushed to your location.

You were still shaken and struggled to get to your senses. The jaws of the crocodile slowly opened getting closer and closer to you. You felt tears in your eyes start to fall and you stuttered Tighnari's name.

As the crocodile slowly inched closer you saw its jaw start closing and you closed your eyes preparing for the strong grasp of its jaws to latch onto your arm. Yet, it never did. Instead, you heard it's head fall and someone's foot steps approaching.

"You dummy what were you thinking coming to this part of the forest?" Tighnari's voice was mixed with concern and panic.

You opened your eyes to see the crocodile with an arrow through its head. You sat there for a bit trying to recuperate what you just went through. "Hey are you okay? You didn't get hurt right?" Tighnari knelt infront of you holding onto your shoulders.

You shook your head and he sighed relieved. "Thank the archons..." He sighed yet again.

"Come on get up." He held your hand and helped you up.

"I'm sorry I just wanted to get some flowers!" You glanced up at him.

"I'm not mad don't worry." He shook his head. "You need to be more careful! You could have gotten hurt."

He wasn't mad and you could tell. He was speaking purely out of worry for you. "I thought I already told you many times which routes are safe. Do we need to go over it again?"

You sighed preparing yourself for another one of his very long lectures. "First of all, spinocrocodile aren't that agressive but they are territorial so you should start steering clear of..." You tuned out his words knowing full well what he'd say as you've had this lecture many times.

"Okay okay I got it this time. Trust me." You smiled feeling confident that you would be prepared next time. "Mhmm whatever you say~"

I'm sorry if it's not what you were expecting. I don't have siblings myself so I'm not sure how to portray it. I figured I should throw in some playful nicknames that would sound rude but you would know are just what you call each other. Like "dummy" or "idiot". Telling your dreams to Tighnari

I again, got the inspiration from a voiceline "I had many beautiful and fantastical dreams as a child, but they vanished from my memory one day after I grew up. Do you still have dreams? Tell me about them."

You layed down sprawled on the bed in a seemingly awkward position. Tighnari observed your movements and position and thought to himself how silly you looked.

The way your hair was stuck in your mouth and the slight drool dripping down your chin, it made him giggle. At some point you started smiling and that made him curious. You must've been dreaming he thought.

He wanted to wake you, but it must've been a nice dream and you might be upset if you were to suddenly wake up during it. He decided to wait it out and think about different dreams that you could possibly be having.

He thought of silly ones that honestly made him laugh a bit, some were kind of romantic, some felt a little fluffy. He was slightly startled when he heard a slight groan from you. You rubbed your eyes and moved the hair out of your face. "Haha good morning sleepy head. I wonder what you could have possibly been dreaming about that could make you sleep in such bizarre positions." He smiled teasingly.

You blushed a little, "I wasn't sleeping that weird was I?"

He laughed a bit, "Oh~ just some hair and drool on your face." He smirked.

You sighed and you felt a little embarrassed. "Did you have a dream?" Tighnari looked at you expectantly.

You nodded, "Yeah it was kinda silly." You laughed thinking back on it. You noticed his ears perk up, "Tell me about it!" He had a sparkle in his eye.

"Well~ you know all the stuffed animals I have?" He nodded, "Well they started running around, bouncing off the walls, and tripping over each other." You thought for a moment, "Now that I think about it that was quite chaotic, but dream me was very amused." You both laughed and Tighnari added, "You were dreaming about lively stuffed animals the whole time?"

You giggled, "Yes but they talked too. One of them was quite sassy, another was the sweetest little angel. One of them kept giving me my favorite candies." You could start drooling again just thinking about it. "And then when I turned around there was this table with a bunch of cake and sweets on it. So naturally I rushed over to go get some, but then they started jumping around on the table." You sighed, "I never did get to try that cake." Tighnari listened intently as you talked more about your dream.

Eventually, you started moving on to other dreams you had previously. Tighnari could listen to you talk about your dreams all day.

It suddenly hit him that he couldn't talk about his since he dosnt remember them anymore. He wished he could share his with you.

You started talking about a dream that had quite a big of second hand embarrassment. You both cringed a little as it only got worse. It had been about an hour before you started running out of dreams to talk about, "Well thats all the ones I can rememeber." You purposly avoided the ones with Tighnari in them as you were a little embarrassed to admit to dreaming about him.

"You seem to have had so many adventures in dream land." Tighnari gazed at you smirking a little. "Any with me in it?" You blushed a little and Tighnari noticed. His grin only grew, "I'll take that as a yes." He said teasingly and almost a little proud.

You had woken up earlier than usual with your throat dry and your head throbbing. You got up and headed to the kitchen trying to get a glass of water, but you were feeling a little dizzy and weak.

Tighnari heard you the second you left the bed. "Are you okay y/n?" He sounded groggy and he sat up and stretched.

"I'm sorry I just wanted some water." You said weakly.

He frowned a little worried, "Are you not feeling well?" He got up off the bed and put a hand on your forehead and neck. His ears were angled slightly lower out of worry. "Seems like you have a fever."

He removed his hand and the slight coldness of his fingers lingered on your skin. "I'll go get you some water." He headed to the kitchen in your stead and you layed back down on the bed.

"Here." He handed you a cold glass of water and in the palm of your hand a small pill. "Just to keep your headache down. It'll help you sleep." He layed down next to you watching as you took the pill and drank some water.

You handed him the glass and he reached over and set it down on the table. He mumbled something that you didn't quite understand and he wrapped his arms around your waist keeping you close to his chest. He kissed your forehead and you focused on his light breathing and the steady beat of his heart.

You woke to Tighnari's side of the bed empty. You reached over and it was still slightly warm. You groaned at the pain in your throat and your headache as you sat up.

"Oh you're up. Goodmorning y/n, how're you feeling?" You groaned, "Horrible."

He giggled a little. "I made you some medicine, though I can't guarantee it'll taste good." He shook his head.

"It'll be fine." He placed the pill into your hand and you took it with some wager. You grimaced at the bitter taste. Tighnari giggled at your reaction, "you should feel better in a few hours."

He went to lay back down with you his face against your chest. "Let's just lay down." His voice was muffled but you understood.

He held you tight and you started patting his head and rubbing his ears. His ears twitched a bit as he relaxed, getting comfy. You started feeling the effects of the pill not long after. Your headache started going away and your throat was less dry. Tighnari was fast asleep on top of you and you decided it'd be nice to take a nap too.

Drying Gorou's Hair

Fluff!

You sat on the edge of the couch with a towel in hand patiently waiting for gorou to get out of the shower. You turned on the TV as you waited and watched a random show that was on.

"I'm ready!" Gorou called out from the hallway. "Well finally. Come here."

Gorou sat on the floor between your legs giving you easy access to his wet hair. You grinned and held up the towel and playfully started drying his hair, "Ah! Wait!"

You both started laughing and lifted the towel to reveal messy, slightly wet hair. You giggled softly and began to brush through it, careful to avoid his ears.

You couldn't help yourself and began to gently massage them. Gorou hummed in response and his tail started wagging vigorously hitting your feet.

He leaned back closer to you and you got out the hairdryer and began to dry it fully.

He was starting to get a little sleepy by now and the wagging of his tail began to calm. By the time you were done his hair was very fluffy and he was sound asleep.

He rested his head on your thigh and you started gently massaging his ears. You kissed him on the top of his head and slowly began feeling quite tired yourself.

Hugging Tighnari's Tail in the Cold

I got the idea based on his voice line "I dont see weather like this very often! Oh, are you cold? If you want, you can tuck your hands into my tail."

The weather was oddly chilly today. You were not dressed for such occasion. You brung your hands to your mouth blowing warm air onto them.

"Are you cold?" Tighnari glanced over at you. "You can use my tail to keep you warm, I wouldn't want you to get sick."

You took him up on his offer and buried your hands into his tail. He was so warm. You walked a little closer to him and brung his tail to your chest, hugging it.

He giggled a little in response. "Still cold?" He asked.

You shook your head, "just a little." You squeezed his tail a bit keeping him close.

You glanced up at his ears and were suddenly curious. He's probably cold too. You hesitated for a moment but then gently touched his cold ears.

He shivered, "What are you doing?" He brung his hands up to his ears too.

"You're cold too." You stared at him worried. You didn't wanna be the only one receiving warmth.

"I guess you're right. We should head back quickly." He nodded and you both picked up the pace heading back home.

Research with Tighnari (story quest spoilers??)

You started walking heading to Pardis Dhyai hoping to find Tighnari there as it was where he did most his research. You found Karkata near the entrance you whispered a quiet hello making sure to not hurt Tighnari's ears. Behind the large tree, his ears perked up when he heard your voice and he peeked his head to check.

"What brings you here y/n?" You moved your gaze from Karkata to Tighnari, "I just missed you, I hope I'm not intruding."

He shook his head, "Don't worry you're not I was actually hoping I'd see you." He blushed a little.

You walked over and looked at the notebook he was writing in. "So~ what are you researching today? More mushrooms?" You started quickly looking through his notes.

"Mm-mn just flowers today." He looked down to the Padisarah observing how it looks.

"What have you written down so far?" His ears perked up obviously excited to tell you everything. You sat down next to him and he did the same.

He started rambling on about the flowers, how they react in different weather, what the flowers symbolize, and everything that came to his mind. You loved hearing him ramble on and on about them. You could listen to him talk for forever.

He kept on going as his tail wagged slightly and his ears moved as he talked. He was so cute, you thought to yourself.

He quickly moved on from Padisarah flowers to the Sumeru Rose, which weren't actually roses at all. He talked about these violet beauties with enthusiasm explaining what foods they're used in and where they're found. You giggled softly and smiled.

"Whats so funny?" He turned to you.

"Nothing." You smiled. "You're just so cute."

He blushed at the statement. "I dont know what you're talking about." He turned away.

"Hehe~" You stared at him. "Tell me about the Lunar Lotus." You looked at him expectantly. He turned back towards you and started, "The Lunar Lotus, or Nilotpata lotus..."
