Psychics: Saiki, Mob, Anya. Can they become friends and would they become friends?

This post isn't too accurate, because I have not tried to read Spy X Family (lazy) and I will basing most of my logic on the world of Saiki Kusuo no Sainan (and a teensy to Mob Psycho 100, even though there is barely), because the rules in there are way too ridiculous to be true.

Saiki Kusuo and Shigeo Kageyama (Mob)

These two definitely were the first to be recognized by fans and start to get fanart of each other, but I'll pop the question again: Would they become friends? Yes... and no. I could think of two possibilities, maybe ridiculous, but Saiki K. itself isn't normal anyway.

Yes, they become friends. Because Mob is an extraordinary character, like how Saiki would meet Toritsuka and Aiura. A bit unlikely that they'd get a psychic Satou in Saiki, but the probability would explode Kusuo.

No, they wouldn't become friends. But it's because the universe doesn't want to meet them up. It's a lame excuse, but you've seen how much Saiki brings up the "gods' bias" over Teruhashi (he is a misleading narrator, but the gods DO love Teruhashi...) and I wouldn't think the skies try to push my son Mob to this pink-haired psychic.

No, but Mob would show up as a gag. This one would be most plausible, as once again, it'd make Saiki's head explode.

2. Shigeo Kageyama (Mob) and Anya Forger

They're least seen together, and I don't know why. (Saiki bias)(Saiki bias)(The Saiki bias)

Not at all. Which is a little disappointing

They would cross paths and become acquaintances. Even though both of their worlds are different and the fact Anya and Mob aren't speaking the same language. But if there's ever enough alien implications, maybe they might meet.

3. Anya Forger and Saiki Kusuo

They'd absolutely meet, one way or another. Remember Koro-sensei? However, I do think it'd have to really come with some conditions for them to actually meet. The authors might find a way for them to meet up for a gag, and that's it, unfortunately.

In conclusion, these (dumb) points all have one thing in common: they'd be used as gags. It's semi-canon enough and least to ruin their world's rules. (What the hell am I saying?)
