Unambitious is word that befits Gwen quite nicely. Born in a world where ambition is everything and expected, her goals for life are far from lofty. She is comfortable staying where she is now, but applies certain ambition to her ideals and Death’s vision.

Uriel is a notoriously private person, so to have a bond with him is hard. Considering Gwen’s proximity to May and the fact that Uriel officiated their wedding does make her feel she has a somewhat solid bond, though that may be her optimism speaking. She does know his order by heart.

From getting into schoolyard brawls to throwing scenes at high-end events, Gwen has always had a penchant for disaster. She has learned to reign in her impulsiveness somewhat, but she still remains someone who tends to get into disasters aplenty. MAUD is the mother, the company head, the stoic. She can proudly trace her ancestry back to old European aristocratic houses and finds little shame in it. The family company MotOl fell into her hands when Gwen was ten years old and she has ran it successfully ever since. As a mother, she is one of grand vision that comes with a critical eye, as well as impromptu kitchen-dance sessions and teaching her favourite makeup tricks. She’s 61 years old.

LAWSON SENIOR is the father, the workaholic, the proud. A scientific genius, he oversees all technological developments within the company. A traditional man, he carries himself with a certain distance to anything emotional. On Sundays, he devotes all his time to the family, and is known to take out extra time for lavish weekend brunches. He’s 63 years old.

MAISIE is all Gwendolyn failed to be, even looking eerily like her older sister.
