Hate Everything (A/F)

Genre- Angst/Fluff

Summary- After seeing you so happy with another guy, Vernon finally regrets his decision of leaving. 

Side Note- Hey y’all sorry for being so inactive!!! :(

That night you had fun, Seonghwa was a nice company. You didn't want to accept it but you had a blast. But you were still not over the man you truly loved, Vernon and you didn't have any clue that he saw you with someone else. Vernon on the other hand was broken, he was not ready to see you move on, not this fast, not when he was madly in love with you still.

Two months have passed by to yours and Vernon's breakup. As days passed by, you have gotten closer to Seonghwa. He was this amazing guy who couldn't fail to make you laugh and provided with everything once Vernon provided you with, yet still you couldn't get yourself to see Seonghwa like you saw Vernon. Your heart was with him, all the time and even though it seemed like you have moved on and with Seonghwa, it really wasn't true and he knew but he cherished your friendship with him and you were now an important friend of his.

One day you and Seonghwa were hanging out at his place where you were admiring all his trophies from all the music shows, he had received. "I have met him, recently." he said grabbing your attention to him. "Him who?" you asked knowing the answer. "Vernon." he replied more to himself. "Oh. He is doing well I heard from Seungkwan. I am happy that he is happy." you said with a smile, hurt visible in your eyes still. "I choose to think otherwise."  Seonghwa denied. "What do you mean?" you asked confused. "He looks so...Quiet." he said. "He was always the quiet one." you let out a little laugh. "No, it is visible he isn't doing well, and to me, he appeared a bit hostile as if he knew I knew you." he frowned. "Well he does I guess, I told Seungkwan about you so maybe he passed on the information?" you shrug.

Few weeks later, you decided to meet Seonghwa at the cafe you guys regularly hung out at. To your surprise you saw a familiar face and your heart swell at the sight of him. His eyes met yours as you froze in your place, "Hi!" he came forward and smiled. "Hey!" you smiled back, swallowing the lump that was beginning to form in your throat. "How have you been?" he asked. "I've been better, how about you?" you asked back knowing clearly he was nowhere near fine. "I am great." he lied and you could tell. "Really? You look like you have given up eating or something!" you joked, trying to lighten up the atmosphere. "Well..." he ran his hands through his hair. "I saw your comeback, you were great as always!" you smiled which made him smile. Hearing compliments from you was that one thing he missed, he missed how supportive you were all the time. "Hey you!!!" Seonghwa came in swinging an arm around your shoulder as a frown formed on Vernon's forehead. "Hey!! You are late!" you grinned at Seonghwa and it broke Vernon's heart to see you smile at him like that. He really thought Seungkwan's words were coming true. "Hi!" Seonghwa greeted Vernon with a warm smile while there was a hint of jealousy and hostility towards Seonghwa from Vernon, even though he tried to be as polite as he could. "I'll see you around I guess." you smiled at Vernon walking away with Seonghwa to continue your plans.

Vernon explained everything to his members after he came back to his dorms and with that came tears, rolling down from his cheeks, one after another. "So why exactly did you break up Vernon?" S.coups shook his head. "You might not know but the fans are also questioning these days. They see how sullen you have gotten, it's quite visible." Mingyu pointed. "Vernon-ah, you said you broke up with her because you were distracted...Are you sure you aren't distracted now?" Wonwoo raised an eyebrow. "I feel you are distracted now more than ever, I saw you practice the other day and it was just not you...You made so many mistakes not only that, you even got injured." Minghao frowned. "Now you better move on or you go talk to her hyung!" Dino said, rather firmly. "He is right Vernon because this isn't how anything would work in your life." Seungkwan explained. "Fine, I'll meet her and talk to her. If not taking me back, I can atleast apologise for being such a jerk to her." Vernon nodded, tears still rolling down his cheeks.

It was a weekend and you were lazing around in your house, thoughts filled with only one guy, someone you never seemed to get it out of your head. As you lay on your couch, head half hanging and eyes drooping partially with sleep, your bell rang. "Ah food is here!" your eyes lit up, as a smile was plastered on your face. The smile faded as soon as you opened the door. "Vernon! Oh my god!" you gasped as an embarrassing blush crept up your cheeks. "You could have given me a heads up, so that I could've at least dressed up nice!" you frown letting him in the house. "It is alright, I have seen you like this a lot of time, and without these too!" he laughed as you threw a pillow on his face. "What brings you here though?" you asked. "I...I wanted to see you and talk to you about stuff..." he said as the bell rang again. "You hungry? I ordered some pizza, wanna share?" you asked as he nodded lightly. You set the pizza on the table, pouring the cola in two glasses. It was quiet for a while, all you could hear was the fizz of the drink you had just poured in. You cleared your throat, "You were saying something?" you took a pizza slice and faced Vernon. "I...I haven't been doing good-" he started. "Oh tell me about it, I can see that clear on your face, even Carats noticed it." you shook your head frowning.

"No Y/N! Today I talk, would just listen? And maybe then decide on what you'd wanna do?" he asked with puppy eyes which you could never resist so you nodded in agreement and sat silent. "Y/N, you are the most amazing human on this planet that I have ever came across, when I met you, I knew I couldn't find a better soul than you to spend the rest of my life with. And when I left, I knew I could never find someone like you ever in my life. You were there, always, always supporting me, cheering me on, being the one who took all my stress away, being a positive light on my dark rainy days, you were there always. I always knew you deserved someone better than me. Someone who could give all his time and attention to you, I could never provide you with that and I do know you never complained which made it more clear that you deserved better. So I left, for your good, for my own too. I was guilty for not providing you with everything you deserve, I was guilty so I left. But then I saw you that day, in that restaurant with Seonghwa, laughing. My heart broke at that sight Y/N, I could not describe the piercing pain I felt. I thought I had lose you forever, but here I am to shoot my shot at you again. Here I am to ask for your forgiveness and if possible to take me, a stupid jerk back!" he sighed, his voice breaking at the end.

Tears rolled down from your cheeks, now both of you sat silent again, sobbing. You wiped his tears and looked in his eyes. "Chwe Hansol, I never for once thought you loved me less or made me less happy or-or you ever gave me less time. With you I was always on cloud nine and I bragged to my friends that I have scored such a loving and caring boyfriend not to forget a handsome one too. Every relationship has its ups and downs, Vernon but you talk it out and move forward. Yes you are jerk for making me cry so much but I never stopped thinking about you for once because somewhere I knew it was as hard for you as it was for me, and I am glad Seonghwa's presence brought you back like this-" you laughed, "-But I am here, for you, with you, always. I forgive you and also take you back, because all this time when Seonghwa tried to make me laugh and give me everything you once did, I still couldn't get you out of my head. I knew I loved you way before all this and I know you are the only I have in my heart." you smiled at him as you placed your hand on his cheek, gently wiping his tear away as he rested his face in your hand. "I am so sorry Y/N, I love you!" he said caressing your hand. "I love you too!" you smiled...

Yunho Bestfriend (F)

Summary- His heart broke seeing you with someone else everytime he tried telling you how you felt.

"Yunho-yaaaa!!!!" I entered in Yunho's house, who's been my best friend since I gained consciousness. "Hey! I am in the kitchen." he replied. "What's up?" I said walking in his kitchen. "Um...I should be the one asking you. Why are you here? Didn't you have a date today?" he asked as I frowned. "Umm....yeah we broke up." I said fidgeting with my finger. "Wait what?" he said, now standing in front of me. "Tell me what happened? Did he hurt you?" he said irritate. "Um...I am hungry though." I whined. "Okay! I'll bring the food!" Yunho said as he went back in the kitchen and I went out to sit on the couch. Yunho was always there to help me out in every situation I landed in and he would be there to listen to my rants and when I spoke about my crushes but I never heard Yunho talking about any girl. He was good looking and talented and from what I knew girls were after him.

He came out with some nicely decorated bimbimbap and I took one big bite as soon as he handed the bowl to me. "Yahhh....eat slowly!" he exclaimed. "Woah!! Yunho you are the best!!!" I shot a thumbs up to his side. "Now would you tell me what happened?" he asked. "I....I realised that he was or as a matter of fact none of my previous boyfriends were right for me, I never really loved them." I finally confessed placing the bowl on the table. Yunho looked at me with concern. "Are you sure this is the reason and he didn't hurt you or any such thing?" he asked frowning. "Yes I am sure." I smiled.

"Yunho?" I looked at him as he ate watching the television. "Yes?" he asked. "Why did you never had a girlfriend? Do you not like someone?" I finally asked. "Hahaha! What kind of question is that?" he laughed. "I am being serious!" I frowned. "Okay! There is one girl that I have liked for a long time but I don't know and I don't think she would ever reciprocate my feelings." he smiled, hurt clear in his eyes. My stomach twisted with an unfamiliar pain. I have recently come to realise that I was in love with him because he made me so happy and he was the one I would love being with. That was the reason none of my relationship worked because I tried searching Yunho in every guy. Thanks to my last boyfriend who made me realise that. "Do I know her?" I asked as a lump formed in my throat. "You do." he kept his reply short. I felt like getting stabbed by knives right in my heart.

I got up and went straight into the kitchen. I started washing the bowls and I felt hot tears running down my cheeks. "I would have done that!" Yunho said walking in. "It's alright, I am almost done." I said trying to not let him know I was crying. "Y/N, are you crying?" he asked. Who was I lying to? Obviously he knew I was crying, he was Yunho after all!

He turned me by my shoulders and looked straight into my eyes. My heart skipped a beat, "What happened?" he asked, concerned. "Yunho I like you. A lot. Since the start. I know I realised it too late and I might lose you after this but you need to know this!" I said still crying. "You what?" he asked with eyes wide. "I like you." I repeated with a small voice. "You silly!!!!!" he grinned. "What?" I frowned still confused. "Do you think there is any other girl in my life except you and someone who you'd know too?" he laughed as I shook my head. "It's because it is you dummy! I like you since a long time but never had the courage to say it and my heart broke seeing you date different guys." he said frowning. "Yunho! I swear I have liked you since a long time but I was myself unaware, thanks to San he made me realise this and hence I broke up with him." I smiled. "Then I gotta thank that guy as well!" he smiled lifting me off of my feet and pulling me into a bear hug. "So now I get to take you one dates?" he asked and I nodded. "Or maybe you can cook for me?" I grinned. "Works either way, since you are mine now!!" he pulled me in a hug again.

Y/N's POV-

"Y/N!!!!!!! GET UP!!!!!!!!!!!!" my roommate screamed. "Ugh! Wooyoung let me sleep!!!" I said pulling the pillow on top of my head and shifting, trying to sleep again. Me and Wooyoung have been roommates since I moved to Seoul and he decided to move out from the Ateez dorm. We have been best friends since we were in kindergarten so he has seen me in my worse state too. Then I shifted to America and only two months ago I came back to Korea for my college. "Come on!!! I have an off today, will you spend the day in sleeping rather than spending it with me." he whined. My eyes shot open as I sat in a flash, "It's your day off?" I asked again and he nodded. "So lazy head get up and get dressed I have the entire day planned for you!" he grinned and I rushed to the bathroom.

So here's another truth, I really like Wooyoung and I've liked him since a long time now but I'd rather not confess because what we have is so special to me and I wouldn't want to do anything to ruin it.

I got ready and walked out of my room. "Wooyoung?" I called "In the kitchen!" he yelled back. "I am ready let's go!" I grinned as he turned water still in his mouth. "Wow...You look like a girl!" he teased and I rolled my eyes. "Okay let's go!" he said dragging me out of the house. "Where are we going?" I asked hopping in the passenger seat. "You'll know." he smirked.

Around 20 minutes later we reached an amusement park. "Wooyoung this is-" I gasped.

Wooyoung's POV-

"Wooyoung this is-" she started, eyes wide. "The amusement park our parents used to take us." I cut her smiling. "Oh my god!!!! You are the best!!!!!" she giggled. We wandered around and finally chose to ride the Viking. "I am so excited." she clapped. We sat side by side in the Viking as the ride started. "WOAHHHH!!!!" Y/N screamed next to me enjoying the ride. "Oh boy!!! It isn't what I expected it to be like. I clutched onto Y/N's had tight and screamed in fear. "I WANNA GET DOWN!!!! STOP THIS THING!!!!" Y/N looked at me and laughed.

After the ride she teased me. A lot for that matter. "You are a baby!! STOP THIS THING!!!!" she imitated me and I rolled my eyes. "Let's get some candyfloss." I suggested. We got some candyfloss and ended up stopping by a claw machine. "Oh my god look at these plushies!!!" she exclaimed. "You want one?" I asked and she nodded. "Then I'll get you one!" I said handing her my candyfloss. "Wooyoung? You know you are too bad at this game right?" she laughed. "I've practiced a lot with Jongho." I smrirked inserting the coin. "You just have to wait, turn, turn, down andddd grab!" I said as the claw grabbed a penguin plush toy. "Oh my god this is One Shot!" she complimented me as I took back my candyfloss back.

After a while of playing here and there we decided to eat lunch. We sat in a booth and ordered burgers for us. "Umm...Actually Y/N, I wanted to tell you something." I hesitated. "Yeah go ahead." she smiled. "Um..Let's eat first yeah?" I suggested and she nodded. "I am starving anyways!" she laughed.

Y/N's POV-

After lunch we decided to get some ice-cream. "You wanted to tell me something?" I asked him reminding what he said earlier. "Umm...Well..." he started handing my ice-cream. "Come on! Spit it out! What is it that its making you nervous around me huh?" I asked frowning.

"Well you know for a long time I have been trying to tell you that I have feelings for you but I don't know if you feel the same for me or not, it's okay if you don't though just don't stop being my best friend. You are very important to me." he said looking down as I smiled.

My heart just skipped a beat at his confession. "Well, you know what?" I looked at him smiling. "What?" he asked. "I like you too. A lot!" I grinned. "You do? Oh my god!!!" he said picking me up as he hugged me. "So today is our first day dating?" he asked and I nodded. "Wow!!! I am so happy!!!" he grinned. "Still the fact doesn't change that you are still a baby and you are scared of the Viking!" I laughed. "You aren't going to stop are you?" he asked. "Nah!" I stuck out my tongue at him as we walked through a beautiful green garden, hand in hand.

Who knew this was the start of a beautiful relationship? :)

"Let's break up!" the words rang in your head. "What?" you asked still processing what the words that had left his mouth. "Let's break up, I can't take it anymore, it's too much for me." Vernon shook his head. "Vernon we can figure it out calm down." you said as you sat beside him and held his hands. "No Y/N it's not working out I can't take it! I just can't!" he said shrugging your hand away as he walked into your shared bedroom. You still didn't believe what he said and sat in one place contemplating as to what you did wrong that Vernon had to take such a decision.

He walked out of the room a suitcase following his lead, your eyes went wide at the sight. "Hansol you can't be serious right now!" you said as tears started streaming down your face. He looked at you and you could tell he was as hurt as you were. As he left, you shattered onto the ground as your tears kept on rolling down your cheeks continuously. Sniffing and sobbing you gathered the courage to call up your best friend. "Seung-Seungkwan!" you said between your sobs. "Calm down Y/N I heard what has happened." he sighed. "I'll come over don't worry please stop crying." he said sounding worried. Meanwhile, Vernon tried to be normal...Since he was the one who ended it.

Had my doubts but I thought we could work Gave all I had but u needed more We both promised forever But forever don't last too long...

It has been a week since the break up and things haven't seem pretty well for you, you tried taking your mind off Vernon but as you got out of your house everything reminded you of him. What was worse your home itself reminded you of him, his fragrance resided in your home still. You missed him way too much but you were angry, disappointed that he gave up on you two so easily. You never had a problem with Vernon giving you less time because you understood his schedule and you knew he loved what he was doing which made you happy as well...But this sudden decision of his has shattered you more than you could ever think of, he promised you a Forever but he left in the mid-way. You didn't talk to the guys either because that last time you called up Chan and heard Vernon's voice in the back, it killed you inside and you decide you would rather keep your distant with the other members too.

Vernon on the other hand seemed to be doing alright, at least that's what he showed to others. Seventeen's comeback was near and he didn't want anything to ruin that or to distract him from that. Last time when you called up Dino he really wanted to talk to you too. Hearing you sounding so low broke his heart and the fact that he is the reason behind it hurt him more.

"Hansol if you were gonna be like this then you shouldn't have ended things with her." Seungkwan sat beside him as he scrolled through your photos before starting with the MV shoot. "I know I regret it...I regret it so much that I wanna go back and beg for her forgiveness but not yet." he frowned. "Why not yet?" Seungkwan asked. "That will distract me from the comeback and I won't be able to give her time either. That is the reason I broke up with her." Vernon explained. "Vernon-ah just remember someone else might take her away in the meantime you figure out all this." with this statement Seungkwan left to get ready for the shoot.

It has been a month to your break up and you haven't left your house since then, your friends were worried about you. "Hey Y/N!" you got a call from one of your friends. "Hi!" you said shuffling on your bed. "You know what?" she started. "What?" you asked frowning. "Even your Hi sounds so low I am sick of it! I am coming over with a news for you!" she said frustrated as you let out a small laugh, humming in agreement.

Few moments later she was here, "Y/N! Please what is this mess? Why are all curtains closed oh my god! I can't believe this! How long has it been that you haven't bathed?" she nagged. "Ahhh you are giving me a headache!" you pouted. "It has been a month already Y/N get over it, he is not coming back." she looked at you intently as you shook your head, "I don't wanna talk about it please." you turned away. "Alright forget it! We need to get you ready you have a blind date!" she clapped her hands grinning. "I am not going on any date!" you shake your head going back in your room. "Please!!!!! Don't see it as a date maybe you would find a new friend?" she tried convincing you as you resisted. After around half an hour of convincing you finally gave in and went to wash up and get ready.

You reached the restaurant to meet your date. You were guided to a table where a very elegant looking man sat himself, his black bangs set in neat "comma" hairstyle as he wore a dangler in one earring which suited him. He gave you a very warm smile as he stood up, he was tall and lean with very sharp features which made him look more attractive. "Hey! Y/N's POV-

Another usual day in the school, it was the new semester though and our classes were shuffled. Me and my two best friends ended up in another class while I was in different one. I took a corner seat, near the window and stared at the bright sun as the students came in. Someone took a seat next to me but I didn't bother to check who it was as I continued looking out the window and sighed. "The weather seems nice today!" I smiled talking to myself. "It does!" I heard a voice, a familiar voice that broke my heart. I turned to see Wonwoo looking out and then at me as he smiled. "Wonwoo!! I am glad we are in the same class!"  a girl came and grinned flirtatiously at him as he gave her a stern nod.

Wonwoo was the popular guy of the school. He was good at studies, he was good at singing, rapping and dancing but over all of that he was good looking. A perfect man for that matter. Me and Wonwoo used to be best friends in kindergarten but then he moved to US and came back in highschool. First few months I tried to talk to him but he was nothing but cold to me and I gave up. And after all those times now he is sitting next to me trying to start a conversation?

I rolled my eyes at the thought as the teacher entered the class. I took notes of whatever she taught us but Wonwoo was just there sitting and staring at me. I got pissed after sometime, "What do you want Wonwoo?" I asked irritated. "Mhmm...Nothing!" he said giving me his brightest smile. I rolled my eyes once again going back and trying to focus on what the teacher was talking.

"Okay here's first assignment of your new semester." she announced. "It is a group presrentation and you all will be presenting in the group of two!" she added. "Ooohhh Wonwoo can I be your partner then?" a girl sitting behind us asked. "Umm...Isn't the teacher supposed to decide?" he gave her a small smile.

Wonwoo's POV-

I guess I was having too fun acting cold towards Y/N that she drifted away so I decided to sit next to her. She was pretty, she was always pretty, too cheesy to say but she was my first love. I stared at her which irritated her and that was cute.

Somehow and very fortunately me and Y/N ended up pairing for the presentation. The class came to an end and it was time for break. "Y/N!!!!!!!" a girl came rushing in the class with another guy. "Oh my god!" she looked at me as her eyes went wide. "Ahhh I am hungry let's get something to eat." Y/N got up as she swung her bag on her shoulder and started moving out. "Hold up! Y/N! What about our presentation?" I asked. "The teacher said we still have time to submit that!" she said rather emotionlessly. "So? Do you mean to say you would procrastinate untill the last day? Look my grades matter to me." I said as I realised it came out rather harshly. "You are not the only one who cares about grades Jeon Wonwoo!" she scoffed. "Meet me in the library in the evening." she rolled her eyes as she  walked out of class.

As the evening arrived I grinned looking at my reflection. I left the house and reached the library as soon as I could. As I reached I saw Y/N outside waiting for me. "You are late!" she spat. "I am sorry." I apologised as we walked towards the library. "Hold up! It's closed?" she said squinting her eyes at the "CLOSED" sign. "Do you know any other libraries in the area?" I asked as she shook her head. "Alright let's take this stuff to a cafe and work it there?" I suggested. "Alright!" she agreed as we left the library.

We reached the cafe and ordered our drinks. "You haven't changed a bit." I smiled. "What are you talking about? Of course I have changed we last met in kindergarten!" she responded flipping through the pages as she froze and looked at me.

Y/N's POV-

Wait! Hold up! So  he remembered? "You!" I looked at him with wide eyes. "You remembered me?" I asked as he nodded laughing. "Then why did you always act cold around me?" I frowned. "I don't know, I always got nervous around then and even now? Especially meeting after so long made me more nervous, so I acted that way to hide my nervousness." he replied. "We were best friends Wonu what was there to be nervous-" I asked as I got interrupted by a bunch of girls starting to hover around our table. "Wonwoo!!! I didn't expect you to be here." she grinned. "With her!" she added with a disgusted face. "Join us instead!" another girl suggested. "Yes yes join us! It will be more fun than this!" third girl said and I rolled my eyes. "I am sorry girls! But as you can see I am on a date right now." he smiled looking at them and then at me. A DATE? DID HE JUST SAY A DATE? "Uhh? With books?" one of them asked. "Yes we decided we should go on a date but then we were also presentation partners so we decided to make this date more productive." he grinned as the girls gave an awkward smile and left to find a table for them. "Wow! For sure you are smart Wonu!" I laughed. "And you have been finally calling me by the nickname you gave me!" he chuckled. "But you shouldn't be using me as an excuse or else you won't find a girlfriend." I laughed shaking my head. " It wasn't an excuse." he said almost as a whisper. "What?" I frowned. "How about you don't worry about me finding a girlfriend and rather you be my girlfriend?" he asked as my eyes went wide. "Are you kidding me right now?" I laughed but then stopped abruptly as I saw a serious look on his face. "Y/N I have liked you since we were kids, you were my first love and that hasn't changed. So answer me." he said, his expressions becoming unreadable.

"How about I first give you a nice beating for treating me so coldly earlier and nearly pushing me away from you and breaking my heart because I thought you didn't like me and I thought I was a fool as I liked you alone all by myself." I said as I gave him an evil smile, getting up from my seat to go to his. "Ouch!" he winced as I hit him repeatedly. "Okay okay! I am sorry! So does that mean you are my girlfriend now?" he asked as I shook my head. "Why?" a pout formed on his lips as I burst out laughing. "Because this was the worst proposal Jeon Wonwoo!!!" I teased. "Wait till I get you to wear a diamond ring!!" he grinned as he hugged me.

Y/N's POV-

I was chilling at my home on my couch watching tv when Seventeen's song came on. "Haha dorks!" I laughed. "Soonyoung looks cute though haha!"I laughed and then sighed. Hoshi from Seventeen was my best friend, we were friends since childhood and I knew I had feelings for him, probably since highschool and he has always been very popular among the girls and well, he probably doesn't see me more than just friends.

As I was in my thoughts I got call from him, "Heyyyy what are you doing?" he asked. "Nothing just lazing around what's up?" I said munching on a sandwich. "I have a day off today so you better get ready we're going out. I have to tell you something." I could feel him grin through the phone. "What???" I asked frowning. "Get ready I am on my way to pick you up." he said as he hung up the phone. I stared at my phone blankly as I shook my head and got up to get changed.

"Why does he give me heart attacks like that? Want to tell me something? Wow! I am curious!" I thought in my head. I got ready and checked myself last time in the mirror before heading to my living room to wait for Hoshi to arrive.

I heard a knock and I rushed to receive the door to see a very casual yet grinn-y Hoshi standing front of me. He wore a grey hoodie as his wet hair strand fell freely on his forehead. "Wow you look good!" he complimented as I playfully punched him. He looked mesmerising but I would give away myself if I complimented him. So I just decided to laugh it off instead. We hopped in his car and set out. "Where are we going?" I asked grinning. "It's a surprise." he winked making me roll my eyes. "You never do this! What's up with you?" I frowned. "Because today is a special day!" He grinned. "Huh?" I gave him a confused looked as shrugged giggling.

Hoshi's POV-

Today I ended up confessing about Y/N to Dokyeom. "So hyung, you are saying that you like Y/N?" he asked again and I nodded sulkily. "So what's the problem?" he frowned. "Confess!" Wonwoo shrugged as I shook my head. "Why not?" Seokmin asked. "If she doesn't feel the same, it's gonna ruin everything between us. I can't imagine us being awkward! She's my home!" I sighed. "Hyung? What if she does?" he said. "I don't know." I sighed again. "How would you until you confess?" Woozi said. "He's right hyung! Take the risk! I am sure you are gonna get a positive response!" DK smiled.

As going out of the building  I decided to take her out and take the risk of confessing. I planned to take her to the places we used to go as kids and to reminisce the memories together.

I called her up and asked her to be ready when I come to pick her up. Meanwhile I bought some flowers and shoved them in the back of the car.

Y/N's POV-

"Hoshi! Where are we going????" I whined. "You will know, we are near!!!" he replied. I rolled my eyes and sat in silence. As we got near to the destination I gasped, "Hoshi this-" I said wide-eyed. "Surprise!!!" he grinned. "You remember this place?" I asked nearly in tears. "Of course! How can I not, this is where we met for the first time with our parents when we were 5? And we rode that carousel!" his eyes brightened as my heart ached at the memory. "Those were some amazing days!" I smiled. "Yes! You wanna do it again?" he asked looking at me expectantly as I nodded.

He needs to stop being this nice to me! I fall harder and I can't have him! It's frustrating! "You wanna eat something?" he asked getting off of the carousel and I nodded. We went to a nearby eatery and ordered some food. "Why are you so silent?" he frowned. "I am not?" I gave him a nervous smile. "Umm...You wanted to tell me something?" I asked. "Ohh yeah! There is someone I like." he said as my heart dropped to my feet. I held back the tears that were forming in my eyes and swallowed the lump in my throat. "That's-that's great!" I forced a smile.

Hoshi's POV-

I saw her face and I could sense the disappointment which gave me a little relief. "Do you wanna go somewhere else?"  I asked. "Umm...I don't know...whatever is okay with you." she gave me a small smile. "Okay! Then we would go to have ice creams!" I grinned.

After a short drive we reached to the ice-cream parlour and had our ice-creams. "You are unusually quiet today." I frowned. "Ummm...No? I just have a lot on my mind." she said with a weak smile. "Alright! There's a secret place I wanna take you to!" I dragged her out of the parlour by her hand. "Hop in!" I gestured to the car as she nodded. "It's a long drive though." I informed as I got in.

It was silent most of the time when she asked suddenly, "Have you confessed?" she broke the silence. "Not yet!" I replied. "Does she like you back?" she asked again. "Probably?" I grinned shrugging.

Y/N's POV-

"Can you stop the car?" I said abruptly. "Why?" he frowned. "Can you just stop the car?" I asked getting irritated as the car came to a halt. I got out as the tears started flowing down my cheeks. I walked without looking back. "Y/N!!" Hoshi paced up to me and turned me around by my hand. "Are you crying?" he asked. "Why do you care?" I shrugged his hand off. "Of course I care what do you mean? You are my best friend!" he said. "Exactly! Have you ever thought about what I feel?" I spat. "Huh?" he frowned. "Do you have any idea that I have had feelings for you since highschool? But it doesn't matter, you have someone you like,." I snapped as I turned to walk away. I didn't hear him call me after as I kept walking, tears rolling down my cheeks.

"WHY DOESN'T IT MATTER?" he yelled as I turned back. He walked towards me, "Why are you so dumb?" he frowned. "Excuse me?" I asked in confusion. "I like you! I've had feelings for you since a long time!" he blurted. "But you said you liked someone else." I frowned. "I never said I liked someone else, I like someone and that's you! You idiot!" he gave a flick on my head. "OW! That hurts!" I said rubbing my forehead.

I saw him kneeling down as he pulled out a bouquet from behind his back and looked at me. "Y/N, you pretty idiot! I have liked you since I don't know when but all I know is that I like you a lot! So would you like to be my best friend and my girlfriend?" I smiled as I jumped and nodded. "YES!!!!" I grinned as I hugged him.

He then took me to a hilly place where the night view of the city looked dazzling. We sat there side by side, as I rested my head on his shoulder. "I have been hyperventilating thinking you'd reject me and I'll lose you as my friend too!" he shook his head as I looked at him. "Never silly!" I smiled as he leaned in to kiss me and I kissed back. I gave a flick on his head. "OUCH!" he yelped. "REVENGE! HAHA!" I laughed.

Y/N's POV-

I wanted to give Mingyu a surprise visit because my work trip happened to be the same place where he was touring. I prepared nice food and some cute cards for him and visited the hotel. I was nervous, I don't why but I was. It has been almost three years that we are dating but he never for once stopped making my heart flutter. I loved him utterly and immensely. He was my world, my happy place and my home. I reached his room and inserted the extra key I asked from the reception.

I heard him giggle, my heart ached at the sight. The things I held fell with a thud and so my heart. "Y/N!" MIngyu looked at me as he got up from laying in that girl's lap. "What are you doing here?" he asked coming forward as I took a step back. "Look I can explain!" he said reaching out to me as I flinched. I turned around and left not stopping at his call. Tears flooding down my cheeks, the world seemed dizzy, it felt like my worst nightmares have came alive.

~timeskip~

It has been a week already and I can't focus on a thing. Everything, every place reminds me of Mingyu, even my own home have traces of him. It's making me crazy as days pass. I have got several texts and calls for him but I didn't pick them up. Wonwoo has been constantly checking up on me and I am grateful to have a friend like him.

Mingyu's POV-

It's been a week but as the days pass I need Y/N more, I knew I was wrong at the first place, because I felt like the spark was fading and I wanted something new, but after Y/N has been gone for a week I can't stop thinking about her, her face when she caught me, the hurt in her eyes and the spiteful look she had for me, the way she flinched when I came closer. All these moments spun through my head. "How is she doing?" I asked Wonwoo hyung. "She is holding up." he replied. "But Gyu...why would you do something like that? Didn't you love her? Why didn't you talk to me about it?" he asked frowning. "I was out of my mind and now I might not get her back anymore." I said crying hard.

It's already been 5 months I have no contact with her. Her pictures still occupy more of phone's gallery. "Mingyu..." Wonwoo hyung came into my room. "How are you feeling?" he asked. "As usual?" I replied with a small smile. "Mingyu it is quite visible to fans that you are not holding up well." he said. "I know hyung." I nodded. "Try to hide it while you are in front of them." he suggested. "I am sorry but I will try my best." I smiled at him. He got a call in the middle of our conversation. "Ohh Y/N! How are you?" he asked and my heart skipped a beat. "Ohh are you?" he asked again, I moved closer to hear the conversation, to hear her voice but failed. "When?" this time he frowned. "TOMORROW?" his eyes went wide. "Okay, I'll come to see in a few then." he said hanging up. "What hyung what?" I asked curious. "Mingyu do you want her back?" he asked as I frowned. "Of course hyung what is this silly question." I asked. "She is leaving Korea tomorrow and she asked me to visit her." he informed. Tears started forming in my eyes as the thoughts of never being able to see her started crossing my head. "Hears the plan!" he said as I heard carefully.

Y/N's POV-

Its been too much to handle for me so I decided I would go back to my hometown. I booked my tickets and called up Wonwoo. "Wonwoo!" I said into the call. "Oh Y/N! How are you?" he asked. "The usual." I replied. "I called to tell you that I am leaving Korea." I informed. "When?" he asked, "Tomorrow." I sighed. "TOMORROW?" he asked, his voice clearly disappointed. "Yeah can you come and see me if you are free?" I asked and he agreed hanging up. I packed my bags and waited for Wonwoo. The bell rang and I rushed to open the door, only to see that familiar face but it wasn't who I was expecting.

"Y/N" he sobbed. He looked like a mess, but he still looked gorgeous and it hurt me more. "Where's Wonwoo?" I asked coldly, swallowing back the lump that started to form in my throat. "I want to talk to you." he said walking closer. "I didn't ask you to come in!" I stopped him, pushing his chest a little to keep him out. As I was about to take my hand back he held it tight and pulled me into a hug. I tried pulling back but he was always too strong for me. I let him in, "What a mess have you made of yourself? Are idols suppose to look like this?" I asked handing him some tissues. "How can you joke right now?" he frowned. "What do you want to talk about?" I asked. "Y/N...I am really sorry...I didn't mean to do...I mean it's stupid I am even giving an explaination on that but please stay." he rambled. "Mingyu...It's over...you and I that is." I sighed. "No Y/N give me a chance to make it right." he sobbed. "I can't..." I looked down, "I can't trust you again." I fidgeted with my fingers. "Y/N I know give me a chance." he repeated. "No Mingyu!" I as I pushing him back out.  I sat there crying for a while as I drifted to sleep.

Next day I left for the airport, wanting to keep everything in the past. As I walked towards the check-in area I heard a familiar voice call my name. I turned to see Mingyu running towards me. "Y/N!!!!" he yelled again. In few moments he was standing right in front of me tears rolling down his eyes. "Gyu..." I gasped, "What are you doing here?" I managed to ask. "I am here to make you stay." he said crying. "If I give up on you, on us then I know I will always regret it. You may leave if you want to but I'll follow you and bring you back again." he held my hands. "All I need is one chance to make it all right. Please." he asked again as I gently pushed his hand away as they announced the flight was to leave soon. "I have to go." I gave him a small smile turning my back towards him. "I'll follow you!" he said as I walked away.

I reached half way through as tears streamed down my cheeks. I reached where I was supposed to get my boarding pass checked. As  I handed the flight attendant my pass I hesitated. "Umm...You know what I am not boarding." I gave her a smile as I ran back.

My eyes scanned through the people and I couldn't find Mingyu. I walked outside the airport looking for him. "Y/N?" I heard his voice as I turned to see him. I stopped the urge to hug him, "I-I decided to give you a chance!" I said rather coldly. "Really?" he grinned and I nodded. "Thank you Y/N I love you I promise you won't regret it." he picked me up hugging. "I hope I don't." I smiled as he kissed me.

Y/N's POV-

I've grown up being told by the elders "It's all in the eyes."

When I was a kid, I asked my mother and my grandmother how did they end up finding the perfect partner to spend their lives with. "I saw it in his eyes." is what I heard every time. There was a myth or maybe that was true that when you find your soulmate you would know it because you'll see your future in his eyes.

Since that day I have been looking into people's eyes but I haven't found anyone yet. It was a normal day and I was working as usual at the cafe while checking out orders and serving them. As the male customers came in to order, I swiftly glanced into their eyes and saw nothing. Today unexpectedly I was met with a rather odd man. "I need an iced americano! That would be it!" he ordered. I looked into his eyes, they were the most prettiest brown orbs I have ever come across in my life. I was kind of smitten by him but again I didn't see anything come through. After a while he took his order and left.

S.coups POV-

I look around the cafe to find my next prey, I needed money, desperately for that fact. My eyes fell on the counter girl and I don't know why I just felt like she was the one. I very casually went in and ordered. She gave me a look and stared right into my eyes. "Another believer of the myth." I thought to myself as I ordered and took off thinking of a plan.

Next day, I went into that cafe and decided to carry out the plan. I walked up to the counter and ordered as usual. I took my drink and sat until she was done with her shift.

Y/N's POV-

Another usual day and I was again behind the counter, swiping cards, serving orders. I am again met with those pair of beautiful chocolate brown orbs. This time it was different, as I looked into his eyes, the colour became transparent and I saw myself trapped, in a room, a dark room with a only one window which was the only source of light in it. I saw my hands tied behind a pole and my mouth covered with a piece of clothing. I gasped zoning out as he spoke, "Did you hear me?" he asked and I nodded typing in his order furiously.

I took a break and the event ran through my head. "My soulmate, is my kidnapper?" I clutched my heart. "Does that mean he could harm me?" I thought to myself feeling dizzy. I finished my shift and got out of the cafe as soon as I could. I walked down the streets and for some reason it was dark which was unusual. Thinking about the kidnapper being my soulmate, it all started falling into place. The fate was doing its thing, it wanted me to meet him so I played along.

He came from behind strangling me as he pressed a chemical coated handkerchief on my nose. The world started feeling dizzy and then blacked out.

I opened my eyes and found myself exactly where I saw myself in his eyes earlier. "Huh! so guess it is true? Now what Y/N? You are gonna die?" I said under my breath and mentally slapped myself. "You are awake?" he asked walking in. His voice was soft and not at all threatening. I tried to adjust my eyes according to the light that fell in the room from the window. I looked up at him to see his face and he was the most beautiful sight I have ever seen. His hair fell messily on his head and that was mesmerising, he wore a rather cosy looking knitted sweater which was big for his size and he seemed like the most warmest place on earth. I smiled to myself taking in his sight. "Are you smiling right now?" he asked in a shock. "I've waited for you all my life." I said softly. All these years finding myself in people's eyes I have finally found my soulmate and he was the most gorgeous thing ever.

S.coups POV-

I entered the room and saw her slowly opening her eyes, the light from the window fell directly on her face. She was beautiful, nearly left me speechless. Her hair were all over her sweaty face which was quite a sight to see. She mumbled something under her breath as I walked towards her. "You are awake?" I asked making sure she was not mumbling in sleep. She looked up at me for a while and smiled. "Are you smiling right now?" I cocked my eyebrows. "I've waited for you all my life." she said in a faint voice. "I don't know what you are talking about but you are going to tell me your family's phone number while I ask you nicely." I said crouching down. "I will!" she said at once taking me by surprise. "Good!" is all I said standing up. "Do you have to do this?" she asked rather softly. "I am not obliged to answer you!" I replied coldly walking away. "You better stay put I'll go and get something for you to eat." I informed her as she gave me a light nod.

I went out to get some food for the two of us as I saw some police officers strolling around. I knew I'd get caught as they were already looking for me regarding the prior abductions. If they are near this area they knew my hideout was somewhere near too. I don't know why but I had this sudden urge to be by the girl I held captive and this was the first time I fell that way for someone I have kidnapped. I ran hurriedly, getting a deep scratch in my leg by a stranded wire on the street but I still ran so that I can reach my hideout safely.

Y/N's POV-

I wriggled out of the ropes I was tied in and walked out of the dark room and entered what seemed like a living room with a very comfy couch and the living room looked very neat for someone who is a kidnapper. I looked around and my stomach grumbled. "I told you to stay put did I not?" I heard a voice and I jumped in a shock. "Atleast make noise when you are entering!" I said clutching my chest. "Excuse me? This is my home!" he squinted his eyes and I shrugged as my eyes strolled down to his bleeding leg. "OH MY GOD YOU ARE BLEEDING!" I screamed. "Worry about yourself I'll worry about mine." he said dropping the bag of food on table as he limped into a room. I followed him as he sat on the bed, I sat in front of him as he was about to pull up the jeans. "Let me help!" I ordered as he looked at me in shock. I helped him roll his jeans so the wound was now visible, it wasn't deep but it was big scar. "I took the first aid box from his hand and started cleaning the wound as he flinched. "Why would you help your kidnapper?" he frowned. "I said I waited for you all my life." I smiled put on a bandage on his wound. "Okay done!" I grinned clapping as he scoffed. "Ohh! You smile too!!" I teased as he rolled his eyes. "Lemme cook while you rest?" I asked. "I'll do it!" he said coldly. I got up and rushed to the kitchen before him. "I"LL DO IT! LISTEN TO ME WHILE I AM BEING NICE!" I said rephrasing his words from earlier as a small smile danced on his lips.

I was done cooking and placed the plates on the table as he looked at me keenly. "What?" I asked. "Aren't you a bit afraid?" he asked.

Scoups. POV-

"No I am not!" she smiled. She was already starting to grow on me and this has never happened. She sat across me and gestured me to eat. I took a bite, "Woah! It is nice!" I said keeping my cool.
