(intended English translation after the cut)
The word “tonsi” feels painful and disgusting to me.
If “tonsi women are women and tonsi men are men”[1], then “tonsis are neither men nor women”[2], why and how?
[1] using the controversial extension of tonsi as “a transgender person” (you recognize the slogan, right?) [2] using the original meaning of tonsi as “a nonbinary person”
I'm a woman; I'm not “a tonsi woman” because a tonsi is not a woman.
Why don’t Tokiponists want to hear this?
In addition, in The Toki Pona Dictionary, the word tonsi also describes this kind of person:
a man who dresses like a woman, talks like a woman, and moves like a woman, but identifies as a man.[3]
[3] circumlocution of the idea that ku lists “gender non-conforming person” as one of its definitions for tonsi
He is not like me. He’s a man and I’m a woman.
In terms of labeling us, using the same one word [for both of us] is bad and not useful.
I am[4] a male-bodied woman,
[4] kin was added to let me uncontroversially use li here
a woman who wants to get rid of the masculinity in her body,
and a woman who has a penis (if you want to say that).
Emphatically, I’m a woman. Never and in no way am I tonsi.
If you label me tonsi, your thoughts are harmful and hostile.

The general trend that I notice in trans spaces is that people who have already transitioned, are already transitioning, or don’t need to transition tend to diminish transsexual people’s need for transition and anguish over sex dysphoria.
Hence why they say shit like “be proud of being trans” and “deal with your internal transphobia”, because to them it is mostly Pride and sunshine and rainbows.
For the rest of us, it’s body horror and trying to let our soul survive while they downplay our suffering.

Somehow, the part about Puyo Puyo 7’s “seven wonders” plot that upsets me the most is how far apart they visited Loch Ness and Stonehenge.
Instead, they went to the Pyramids of Giza next. STONEHENGE IS RIGHT THERE ALONG THE ROUTE.

Your impressive level of ignorance over what happened is only matched by your misplaced vendetta towards someone you haven’t even met.
You’re a serial harasser trying to cancel someone you didn’t even know existed when “it” supposedly happened. You are an active danger to your surroundings, and no crossword setter or VTuber should feel safe around you.
If your goal is to ruin my life, you’ve succeeded. If your goal is to rob me of my achievements, you’ve succeeded multiple times. If your goal is to induce stress, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation upon me, you’ve succeeded.
If your goal is to have the moral high ground, you’ve failed a long time ago.

A minor whom I had no way of knowing was a minor lying about her age. When I was myself a minor lying about his age.
It’s better than dedicating years to stalking and canceling the same person over multiple social media sites.

Maguro’s story in Puyo Puyo!! 20th Anniversary shows that Ecolo identifies as male. The existing translations don’t make it clear enough, so I’m retranslating the whole thing.
ECOLO: Hey you!
MAGURO: Gaaah?!★
RINGO: Just where did you seep out of?!
ECOLO: Stop having vaguely naughty conversations! And stop being so buddy-buddy with Puyo battles! It’s my role to subject Ringo-chan to shenanigans that go slightly over the line!
MAGURO: Yeah, no comprendo.★
RINGO: Wow, typical Ecolo. Shamelessly spewing phrases that most are too ashamed to say.
ECOLO: And even more, a pretty boy? Really? I don’t even know why you exist! I’m already more than enough for that character slot!
MAGURO: Uh, okay?★
ECOLO: You make me mad! Let’s!
MAGURO: Play Puyo?!★

Rant: All Puyo Puyo has anymore is making fun of Puyo Puyo.
I complain that the writing in the Puyo series has been mired too deep in self-parody after !!20th. All the characters have become so one-dimensional and the story has become so stupid.
I feel sad that the only Klug that Westerners know is the sniveling pant-pissing coward from Tris and Tris 2, and not the smart-alec whose confidence is backed by his intellect, yet humbled by his ego, from Fever and Fever 2.
I feel sad that the only Sig that Westerners know is “I dunno, bugs, bugs, I dunno”, not the taciturn, opinionated protag from Fever 2.
Like, for fuck’s sake, all Ringo does these days is recap the story and point out how it’s stupid!
When I play Chronicle and listen to the story, all the characters are so one-dimensional and slow that this is all I can think about:
youtube
Puyo Puyo has been so flanderized that all that remains of it is self-parody and irony. And it’s overstaying its welcome.
Can we finally get Puyo Puyo ABC yet? The scrapped Fever 2 sequel that appeared to be more somber and serious in tone, whose only evidence of existence was unused assets in !15th for NDS?
I want the loose threads about the Arca civilization to be tied up, God damn it! Sega is sitting on a treasure trove of potential resolutions and a huge library of fan speculations to draw from! And they’re just letting it rot!

It really seems like the Puyo Pop Fever translators were pretty confused about Arle’s gender.
My curiosity started when I was playing Puyo Pop Fever in Spanish (as one does) and noticed that Arle introduces herself using the masculine form of “nice to meet you” (encantado) instead of the feminine form (encantada).
I figured it was just unique to the Spanish version, since the French version correctly uses the feminine form (enchantée) instead of the masculine form (enchanté). (P.S.: I couldn’t find any gendered forms in the other language versions.)
But turns out, the English version also made that mistake. You see, the DS version of PPF has post-game win quotes like in PPF2, and Amitie’s quote after beating Arle uses “he” for her.
All this confusion is probably due to the fact that, famously, Arle has used the first-person pronoun 僕 (boku), which is usually reserved for men and boys. Klug and Lemres also use that pronoun. It also helps that it’s probably the first time these translation teams have even heard of Puyo Puyo, because of its obscurity before Fever, as well as between Fever and Puyo Puyo Tetris.
The Feeble Western Mind cannot comprehend the bokukko. /j

Fun fact: the author of this comic uses strangers’ toddlers’ photos to draw porn. “Gatekeeping the trans community” was made to keep out people like her.
