Never again will I try to make close friends with people on Tumblr just because they like what I like. I do not need people making me feel I did something wrong all because I like everything a certain artist or comedian or performer tries to branch out with, and I share it on my own space.

Only to then have someone have the audacity to spew their warped, messed up, strange opinions regarding that subject as truth, all while insulting me in the process. I am done with crazy drama. I am a grown ass woman who has much bigger fish to fry in my own life, and the friends I have are the ones I shall keep. You know you You are! On that note, have some very underappreciated Lee Mack content!!

Me literally rn

it is now september which means I'm gonna roast vegetables, make a soup out of them and then roast more vegetables and put them in the soup at least once a week and nothing apart from energy crisis and war can stop me

Yesterday I roasted tomatoes (3 normal sized ones, 8 cherry), half a cauliflower divided into florets, a small head of garlic, halved, and 4 big carrots with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, curry on the carrots, roasted potato spicemix on the cauliflower. I blended 2/3 of that (1/3 I had for lunch today with bulgur wheat and feta-type cheese) with little water and moved to a pot, brought to boil, added a chicken bouillon cube and more salt, ground cumin and a small can of coconut milk (like 150g) and brought to boil again and boiled for 3 minutes. Yesterday evening I ate the soup with some cooked bulgur wheat and feta-type cheese crumbled on top, today I ate it again with bulgur but also with roasted green beans (straight from my colleague's garden), 1/4 of of the cauliflower and salt, pepper and some grilled meat spice mix. I added a bit of mozzarella on top. The rest of today's roasted vegetables I'll have with bulgur and mozzarella again for tomorrow's lunch.
