You probably have noticed  and discussed this already but I’m rewatching TWW and I’m mesmerized by this little interaction between Hecate and Ada in the background. I’m fumming because cannot make gifs but I made some screencaps

look! at! them!

Hecate touches Ada’s arm!!!! We always see Ada touching Hecate but never the other way around!!!!

yet here she does!!! 

And then Hecate points at something which it’s hard to appreciate in a pic but if you watch them closely in the video you’ll see

and whatever she points/says makes Ada laugh!!! And Hecate is smilling too agsksk

and then Hecate leans into Ada and whispers something.

I’m actually dying. They are so married and no one can convice me otherwise.

Back by popular demand: the Hackle Remix Challenge!

Q: The what?  

A: A remix tells someone else’s story anew. The same characters/pairing and basic plot but anything else is up to you! Ever read a story and thought “What does this other character think of all this?” or “I really wish we saw this thing that’s happening offscreen”? In a remix, you can explore that! This particular challenge focuses on Hackle (Ada Cackle/Hecate Hardbroom). You can explore all the lovely works previously created for this challenge here.

Q: Who can take part?

A: The main challenge is a gift exchange. To sign up for that, you need to have published at least five complete fics of 100 words or more, either Hackle or gen focusing on Hecate and/or Ada. This is so the person assigned to remix you has something to work with.

If you haven’t written that much but would be interested in being remixed, sign up for Hackle Remix Treats and maybe your fic will inspire someone! If you aren’t interested in being remixed but you would like to write a remix or create another type of fanwork based on participants’ fic, there is no need to sign up: just submit your work to the Hackle Remix Treats collection.

If you’re not up for deadlines or obligations right now but would like to participate in some way, Hackle Remix Treats is for you!

Q: When is it?

A: Sign-ups are open now! Sign-ups for the main challenge close 8am (BST) Monday 27th September. Stories for the main challenge are due by 8pm (BST) Monday 25th October. Fanworks in both the main challenge collection and the Hackle Remix Treats collection will be revealed by 3pm (BST) Saturday 30th October. Creators will be revealed a week later.
