I feel like I've been missing out

I didn't really start chilling and making friends until the end of high school. I was never one of those kool kids in the back of the class who was fuckin around with friends and shit. I didn't even go on my first date in high school, or party, or stay out late. I never had my first kiss. I never actually liked someone. I haven't even gained the courage to actually finger myself. A few months ago I was in an educational program where I could do all of that but I didn't do it. I mean, I did go on a few dates, and partied like twice.. but I still feel like there's shit I still wanted to do. Now I live at home in the middle of nowhere with no car, no commitment, no drive, no nothing. I'm 19 and while my friends are living it up in MY CITY that I can't live in I'm out here, alone.
