Luz Garcia born in the Dominican Republic where her passion for hair & beauty started. At a young age she came to the U.S and began to put her passion and desires to practice. At 13 years old began doing updo’s & hand drawn hair designs, quickly became a hobby. At 16 years old as a licensed braider she began working in a braiding shop. With a growing passion for art & creativity decided to enrolled in IADT . In 2007 graduated from the international academy of design and technologies with an AA in graphic design & marketing. Soon after her drive to be in the beauty industry continued and she enrolled in cosmetology school graduating In 2009 from the Manhattan Hair Styling Academy. Luz at 24 years old is now specializing in weddings, fashion shows, special events and also freelancing as an Independent cosmetologist. HIDDENBEAUTYbyLuz* WHY? Because everyone deserves to look BEAUTIFUL and feel CONFIDENT !
