I realized that sometimes, no matter how much encouragement we get from other people, when everything feels too heavy, even when you badly want to wipe your tears and stand up again, it's not just working. And, that's okay.
If ever you see this post & you're going through a difficult time like me, I want to remind you that your feelings are valid. You are allowed to feel defeated. You are allowed to feel all the pain, the anger, the hurt, and the uncertainty. You are allowed to sit at the corner of your house, and ask "WHY". You can take a leave from work and do nothing at home. You are allowed to be you. The "hurt" you. The "weak" you. The "worried" you. The "scared" you. The "anxious" you. Even for once, take off the mask you keep on showing to people, and stop telling everyone that you're doing fine when you're not. Allow all these emotions to be out.
Admitting that you're tired and wanting to take a break, is bravery.
You are brave.
Breathe, darling. This too shall pass.
