Could it be from Emanet (Episodes 194+)? The main characters were locked up, he was injured and sometimes unconscious. I'm not entirely sure about the fever part, but that’s the closest match I can think of based on your description. Honestly, I can’t think of anything else that would fit better.

hello! i really like your blog and i hope that you can help me remember the name of this turkish series i saw giffed on tumblr about a year ago? what i can remember is it was about a man and a woman who were being held captive, and the man was injured/sick by whomever the captor was and the woman cared for him. i remember him catching a fever and it getting progressively worse. i cant really remember other characters being seen much in the gifsets i saw (the captions explained what was going on in the plot). thanks if you can help, no trouble if not 🫶🏽
