The hidden dangers of not marrying early.

Prophet Muhammed ﷺ mentioned 3 things which should never be delayed;

Burial of the deceased

Payment of wages to a worker

Marrying as early as possible.

Older people of generation in this day and age don't understand what's lurking at every corner that can trap the youth. It's a whole swarm of evils that can even possibly take away Imaan of young Muslims.

One should know the biological fact that internal desires of any person initiate once puberty hits. In this day and age, it is the norm to delay marriage a little until the son/daughter passes the university which by my opinion is absolutely detrimental to their mentality.

Exhibit (a): A male teenager has passed high school and wishes for a partner, but isn't encouraged by family to get married, or they don't care- "Ah, our son is good at heart and won't commit any wrong" and the boy's desires keep growing so he turns to having a relationship with a girl, and they both have a relationship for several years until they become adults. One day suddenly the girl says I can't marry you because my parents aren't accepting you, then she gets unhappily married to some other boy. The boy which was in relationship on the other hand, just couldn't let go of his feelings and secretly starts committing serious self harm like slashing his skin with blades, attempting suicide until he succeeds. The parents realize everything after his death that he was in a relationship and all this. Then they realize they should have assisted him in finding the right girl as soon as he was of age. But it's too late now because they've lost their son.

Exhibit (b): A boy comes of age, now in mid-teens and has all his internal desires spiking up and parents are negligent of this. The boy gets hooked on porn, which is so widely and extremely easily available on the internet. This porn addiction should be accepted as an extremely dangerous fitna devouring every child, killing the last bit of innocence in society. The way most people think how porn works is a person only gets addicted to it and can't leave it for good. While not completely wrong, there's more to it than just that. Once a person gets addicted, a journey begins in the negative path. First stage is exploration, where a young man starts watching on weekends in free time. He is then hooked by the lust on screens and the second stage begins when he watches it as easily as any another normal thing or activity in daily routine. His hunger in lust becomes insatiable and he wants more and more and this is where things take a very horrid turn of third stage where his personality is altered into an emotionless being. He starts viewing women as objects or toys and nothing else, he is extremely aggressive in his lusts and now is left in an abyss of senseless pleasure that no longer give him any satisfaction. Now imagine a young man getting married in this situation after his demonic lusts have overtaken him and his personality. He acts it out on his new wife which becomes an alarming situation where she will suffer instead of bonding. Porn eventually causes a man to shape into a violent being and this is the main danger of porn which so many boys can and are getting hooked on day by day without much notice to parents what's happening to their child. They need to realize that if their child doesn't marry soon, these would be the outcomes.

Exhibit (c): This is something spreading like wildfire in this day and age. A teenager boy has desires of a normal male, and he hangs out with his group of friends almost daily and they're all tightly knit. In this situation where he needs an outlet, he is swayed by the cultural norms being normalized in society which is the threat of homosexuality. He turns into this "Closeted personality" wherein a person doesn't reveal his homosexual condition until he inadvertently displays such behaviour one day in front of his friends or parents which shocks everyone and he is immediately shunned out from everyone. This causes a disastrous turn in his mental health and he can never marry in the traditional way.

Exhibit (d): A young boy gets caught and flows away in pop culture so much so that he has this dangerous false realization that Islam keeps you in shackles so much that you can't have true love at all, the way he desires in the more "Free" western concept where you can have a girlfriend whenever you want. This causes his faith to sway and eventually get abandoned from his heart as he despises the sharia rules and eventually becomes an apostate.

Exhibit (e): A girl comes of age and starts to think being independent is crucial in this day and age and eventually finds a job and eventually falls prey to feminism. "My life, my rules", "I have the right to do what men do", and so on...

Exhibit (f): A girl really loves a boy and they have been in relationship for years now. Time comes for her to get married and she introduces him to her parents. They disagree to this relationship and pull them apart. And then, she is forcefully married to someone she doesn't like. There have been cases where a bride refuses to sleep with her husband on the first night and this opens a plethora of family disputes. And the type of girls in this situation that silently obey by keeping in their desires and feelings hidden eventually develop either mental instability over the years or extra-marital affairs.

Exhibit (g): Turning to zina and prostitution.

One of the sweetest ways these problems could be handled is by performing nikaah (instead of engagement) when the girl/boy is in a بالغ age with the boy/girl of their own choice while also checking the respective family backgrounds. And they can easily keep growing in their own respective parents' homes in a halaal relationship until they become adults. And there wouldn't be any problem even if they wish to visit each other too since it's all halaal. The only catch should be that there shouldn't be any peer pressure to have them settled or be like an immediate couple like adults. Let them grow, let them get nurtured in a halaal relationship until they grow and manage to be together. This method creates a protective shield against all evils of these kinds plaguing the young generation. Marriage is supposed to be something very easily done, not as a huge task to worry about. Of course the parents of them should know the background of each other, the conditions of their livelihoods and so on.

May Allah give hidaayah to all elders to think more critically when their child comes of age. آمين

Depression and hijacking of a believer's mind.

First thing a believer has to note about life is this: This world was a punishment for Adam (a.s.); And depression was the first emotion ever felt by the father of all fathers. This world wasn't built as a place of enjoyment or a place to fulfill your dreams, and neither it will always go according to your life's plan. There will be hard bumps along the way, and sometimes very severe bumps that change the whole structure of your life. This is the whole idea of life: It is a prison for the believer and paradise for the non-believer.

Life is very hard and depression is something that will affect a believer's life one time or the other, in fact the more a believer is tested, the more close he comes to Allah. The thing I wanted to discuss is that the youth is going through extreme depression these days like never before in history due to industrialization, globalization and much more of illicit relationships with the opposite gender.

Once a believer's mind shackles itself in depression, it becomes a very easy target for Satan/شَيْطَان . And Satan easily hijacks this vulnerability as this is one of the weak spots of a believer.

You can easily see what modern society offers to depressed people: It is alcohol, it is smoking instruments, sexual desires that drive a believer straight into hell. And one of the instruments which is the most common is songs and music that have subliminal messaging which many, many believers listen to thinking it is harmless but causes absolute chaos within the structural thinking of the mind.

The other most important thing everyone should know as a must is the level of depression in current times makes many individuals isolated from family and the only outlet makes them commit self-harm and even suicide which should be noted as an important and alarming fact which is absolutely haraam and one of the most common problem. Such people require the most immediate help ASAP.

Not to make myself special, but I am one of those youth battling hard against all surrounding evil that is trying to bring down my Imaan into depression. The key to battle depression is to read and recite Qur'an daily and do Zikr, and don't miss the 5 prayers. As Allah mentions clearly that: those who forget my remembrance, will indeed live a miserable life, and also always remember that this life is not easy, and it never will be, except for the hereafter, so the best you can do is prepare for it. May Allah bless me first and help me go through depression and all other believers and مؤمنون.

"Die hard fan"

We see many a times when people say they are die hard fans of anything fictional or a sportsman, etc.

My recent experience has been the football world cup craze where I saw so much televised and broadcasted like never before, there were even riotings with so much of a rush and pandemonium of these fans with their bodies or faces coloured and each would claim to be the closest fan of Messi, Ronaldo or whatever team there is in question.

People don't realise that those celebrities are a person themselves with their own personality and may or may not be what is presented all over billboards and merchandise which they so adore. It's just a person, or it's just a book, it's just a film, it's just an actor... celebrity craze is just that: craze that eventually turns into worship (god forbid) of whatever fan you are of. They are a temporary fad which will fade into obscurity once dead or out of trend.

Be a fan of building yourself up, be a fan of consuming knowledge and if you need a break, sure watch stuff for entertainment but just don't go crazy or stan, or simp for anything you see.

Netflix’s diabolic agenda

I will be discussing about Hollywood industry here in general but focusing especially on its Behemoth which is Netflix, a convenient provider of film entertainment whenever you wish at the click of a button.

We all hear ramblings of older people how TV is ruining brains of youth and brainwashing them, etc. which I partially agree upon because it’s not like everybody has the same mindset on both sides of youngsters and oldies.

A little preface I’d like to start off with: It’s that the Dajjal, the Antichrist will portray good as evil and Evil as good plus more desirable. Anyone would like to be called as “Awesome bad boy” instead of “Pious star of neighbourhood” Let’s explore more how much rot has been injected by this mainstream culture.

Glorifying criminals:

The story of a love couple turned serial killers aka Bonnie and Clyde has long been a towering shadow in Hollywood, portrayed as having a “Wild adventure before an abrupt end of their young lives”. People idolize them, are fans of these inhumane killers and Hollywood enriches this vast interest of people in evil. In the most recent addition to Netflix’s huge dark library is the series of a serial killer and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer who murdered more than a dozen people, racking up millions of views and taking the spot of 2nd most watched series. What is going on here?? The victims’ family members are now haunted by this extremely inhumane move by this Corporation. Netflix is making entertainment business out of dead murdered people, and people enjoy watching this!

Promoting Paedophilia:

Let’s not forget the Cuties controversy which blatantly exposes underaged children to hypersexual themes, also including a Muslim girl in that group.

The "Superhero" agenda:

Now I am a fan of superhero movies and series, not because I actually idolize much of any portrayed heroes but just the actions and visuals. Now exploring Netflix’s library of Marvel superhero series has been extremely nauseous for me because much of them are full of absolutely explicit things that have nothing to do with a good story. Binge drinking, casual sex, LGBT and other filth.

This shows what the agenda of this whole megacorporation is: Immorality.

Bad is good, good is bad:

On the other hand; good, pious, and religious characters are portrayed in a negative light, though indirectly. In pop culture, pastors are sex offenders (which some rightfully actually are). But mainstream entertainment exploits this angle by which viewers never think of anything good seeing them in real life. In the horror movie universe of The Conjuring, a demon is portrayed in the form of a nun. Imagine the limit! Good characters are nerdy, cringe or boring most of the time because everyone is accustomed and become used to just that: Pure evil

Proud of being on the bad side, being “gangsta”. Calling themselves most mundane things like “It’s good to be bad” .. “Bad Boyz rule!!” Let’s see how that works out when these people need divine help, or the look on their faces before dying and knowing they will be judged.

The extremely disturbing and slow rise of magic portrayal in entertainment media.

It’s like cyanide for people, coated with chocolate and candy.

When people think of actual magic or Satanism, it’s more likely that they’re thinking of skulls surrounded by pentagrams or stars drawn with blood and candles and sorcerers chanting strange or unknown languages to do something extremely evil like summoning a demon or getting someone killed, etc.

You don’t need to go that far in fantasy to know that all that evil has come so close to you, face to face but you haven’t known it still. It’s been a very slow and subtle development in entertainment industry that hasn’t been noticed by many except a few who hold knowledge and the ones who are religious.

The slow injections started in the 1980s with the Scooby-Doo franchise, although this cartoon show started more than a decade earlier but something odd started developing in the later years which is introduction of actual demons or monsters in the kids’ show. That meant they were moving on to using obscure means of defense against the said evils they confront. But the bottom line has always been to make kids and even adults interested with flashy bright and vibrant animations to get more curious and make it seem more familiar with the show.

Then viewers were presented with a movie called Hocus Pocus in 1993, plus a sequel released recently as this October of 2022. It involves witches trying to steal children to suck their souls to be eternally young. The first one is “quite fun” according to Hollywood’s point of view, but when I got to the 2nd part recently I did feel the targeted changes there, with LGBT. The stark contrast was that the first film never had much of screen time involving any religious or occult themes, just a jolly film (for most of the viewers). But the second one was in a way, bashing religion. The town’s priest is shown as someone brutal and somewhat buffoonish. In a later scene, 3 young girls feel overjoyed when they receive a book of sorcery by a witch, that they use till adulthood and become witches themselves. And there is a strange angle of the film which tries to convince the watcher to empathize those witches as they die because they were too young to know any better when using the book as kids. These movies, like others I’m pointing at also have the right knack of using very catchy music which makes viewers feel more loose and casual and not knowing the grotesque evil shoved in their faces, like cyanide covered with sweet irresistible candy.

On the other hand, we have millions of cinema goers which absolutely adore Superhero movies which have gotten quite occult slowly over time.

But one of the most shocking movie I watched was a Disney animated movie called Encanto. I don’t need to describe everything in that movie, but I guarantee you this, that it’s absolutely chock-full of absolute blatant, outright Satanism without any masking but filled with catchy songs, vibrant and innocent sceneries which can indoctrinate kids and viewers into thinking: Magic is something good and normal.

Magic isn’t just pixie and fairy dust or sparkles in cartoons and movies, it’s a slow shift in watchers’ conception that it’s something beautiful and not a dark, horrid thing.

In the end, I would explain to you what an “Overton window” is. Put simply, it is a very slow shift in stages to any society or people or a person in a way that the said people wouldn’t know that a gradual shift is even happening. Once an Overton window is successful in changing a society by very slow means, a person from the same society would be absolutely different from what he/she was about 10-15 years ago.

May we never fall into such Satanic traps, Āmeen!
