UPDATE TO THE HAZBIN JOE SITUATION

Firstly, Viv HAS told people to be respectful and not harass people HOWEVER, she’s conveniently avoided referencing the actual situation - Joe and his claims. She’s mentioned nothing on his pay, no apologises, reimbursements, her side, etc. There’s no explanations or clear cut addressing the issues presented. Ive left an Ask towards a fellow critical which has more. Either way, it’s clear much of this could have been avoided with appropriate professionalism, clear communication and contracts, Viv paying all staff their fair bit (as a professional SHOULD - dont just bet on free work, volunteers and whatnot. HOWEVER Joe should have been more honest on the circumstances in which he offered, Viv as a business owner SHOULD have immediately presented a pay offer as not bringing this up because they dont shows you’re willing to get people to do work without any reimbursement than just a ‘shout out’ like many other shoddy art leeches and influencers that are choosing beggers. IF YOURE GETTING YOUR WORK OUT THERE AND YOUR EMPLOYER DOES NOT OFFER MONEY FROM THE GET GO, GET OUT OF THERE ASAP. Likewise some of Joes responses are just as immature and snappy as what one actually would expect from a SpindleHorse worker tbh. Likewise the fans themselves are quick to attack him too - similar how they justified Brock Baker’s predatory behaviour. Either way ALL SIDES have fucked up. They ALL need to stop behaving like fucking 3 year olds, deal with this like ADULTS and take accountability.) The next update is this on Mick:

Now whilst I cant confirm or deny, these are Joe’s claims. And as far as Im fucking concerned, SpindleHorse fetish the FUCK out of male sexual harassment. I would not be surprised if this was the case or something similar that isnt been seen for what it is. I believe Mick has apologised, I’ll have to check BUT Mick does heavily ship and push HD - a ship entirely based on male sexual harassment, touching and stalking/obsession, so honestly… I hate to say this against a VA I usually support but I wouldnt be surprised… MAYBE he doesnt think it is and thinks its a joke but 1) HES A GROWN ADULT 2) He needs to know better and no means no. The fact Jeff can actually CONFIRM Mick doesnt take no for an answer (LETS MAKE THIS CLEAR: Im not making any accusations towards Mick. What I WILL say is that this is like when a kid gets tickled, they say no, but the parent STILL tickles, effectively teaching the kid that boundaries dont matter. THEY MATTER.) This IS proof that Mick is disregarding some people’s boundaries and needs to take them more seriously. Likewise, Jeff needs to stop fucking silencing victims like himself for non consenting touch. If you say NO and I DONT FUCKING LIKE IT then that means NO. Not ‘Im doing it anyways bc lolz’. Im honestly disappointed in Mick as he voices my fav and even seemed really cool otherwise but this is concerning. Im disappointed in JEFF fuckin justifying this sort of shit. Im disappointed and SICKENED by the entirety of society, Viv, SpindleHorse, the crew, the fans - EVERYONE not taking MALE CONSENT FUCKING SERIOUSLY. They have rights to their own bodies too and if they are uncomfortable and say no then that means… NO.  THIS IS WHAT I MEAN ABOUT HUSKERDUST AND STOLITZ

THEY ARE NOT YOUR TOYS OR ENTERTAINMENT.  And yes, Im tagging fellow criticals because even if Joe is twisting things or lying, even if Mick has apologised, Jeff still shows proof that it’s seen as so much of a joke that even Jeff HIMSELF is blind to it, accepts it and thinks everyone else should too when you shouldnt have to! That these themes and mentalities are deeply carved into the teams minds and works and it’s having a toxic and DANGEROUS effect on fans and the future of REAL PEOPLE. I know that hellvua boss doesn't have the best writing but is there something you looking forward to when it comes to hellvua boss and hazbin hotel?

Not really, no. At least not apart from freelance animators creating great material for their reels so they can move on to greener pastures.

I wanted so badly for these shows to be good, but at this point my patience is wearing thin. There's only so much bullshit Spindlehorse can expect their audience to tolerate before they give up and look for better shows that don't insult their intelligence. I'm all for big studios taking a chance on indie animation, but if I hear Hazbin sucks, I'm not watching it. There's no point anymore.

"But Maue, even if it's bad, wouldn't watching it help support the animators?" The crew has (I assume/hope) been paid already, and while it'd be a shame for them to be out of a job if Hazbin doesn't get a second season, that's the business. They'd still have the aforementioned reel material, as well as Helluva Boss to potentially fall back on. There's no reason it has to be the final chapter in their careers, and there's no reason we as viewers should have to eat up the chum at the bottom of the barrel.

Everyone reading this, I beg you: Expect more from your entertainment. Never settle for shit writing, because that's exactly what studio execs want. They want you to be happy with whatever low-effort slop they give you, and use your engagement as a case study for why they should pivot to AI-generated scripts instead of paying human beings who could do so much better. Fuck that. Demand quality, and demand fair compensation for those who made the stories you love so much.

Serious and libelous claims have been spread about my character as of recent and I completely understand why anyone following me, or concerned about the matter would want clarification as to what is going on and who you are supporting. 

I hope this rebuttal will provide closure and clarity to those who have been hurt by my past actions, and I want to take responsibility bringing understanding to the situation. I have changed significantly, and while I have made mistakes, the majority of the allegations against me are false.

 I was going to ignore this situation entirely, however, friends have been harassed simply for associating me, and that I cannot abide.

I located where those deamons are at, and they seem to be heading to the gates." She said. Lady Teresa eyed widened "you know where they are?" She ask "I'll get some back up to help me and Eleanor out-" Striversia cuts her off speech "there's already guards there guarding it, i just want you and Eleanor Hume to be there." Lady Teresa nods "but Striversia...can't i let Oscar know where we are?" She ask. "If you want to let your brother know where you are is up to you." Striversia said. Striversia then puts her hands by her sides and then said "there's another thing i call you here Lady Teresa, i want you to take out number 2 for me, im going to boost him up." "Number 2? Boosting him up? What about number 1?" Lady Teresa ask. Striversia then said "number 2 seems different from number 1, i want to boost this special tool up, something there that seems so...great." Lady Teresa looks at her tilting her head "great?" She ask. "Enough talk! Bring out number 2. It is time for you to get your vengeance for what did that deamonic woman did to your brother's eye." Striversia said. Lady Teresa nods and takes out Number 2.

Striversia boost his ability up with her magic. Teresa looks at number 2 "with this, i will stop that deamon...and have my revenge for what she did to Oscar's eye and honor." She said with a mad face.

Number 2: "...revenge...?"

Seres was making her way to Velvet's under ground cell to set her free. She went down on the latter to see her, once she's down there Velvet dashes to her and grabbed her head to devour her but once she have her demonic hand on her head, it burned, Velvet yelp and let's go of her, she looks at her hand and looks back at Seres. "Tell me...were is Aurtorous?" Velvet asks. Seres gets into her fighting pose and speaks "first there will be a test, it will decide if your worth teaching." They start to battle. A minute later Velvet stops and realized something "your holding back." She said. Seres smiles "So you noticed, great, you pass." She said. She immediately stopped smiling after she notice this feeling. (It... feels... like i did this before...) She said in her head. Velvet crosses her arms and says "of course, your one of Aurtorous malakins." "I am his malak no longer" Seres said. Velvet raise an eye brow like she didn't understand what she's saying, she shakes her head and puts her hand on her hips "Tell me where he is." Velvet commands. Seres raise her two fingers using her powers to shatter the yolk that trapped Velvet inside. "Make a your escape and i will explain." Seres said. And so she did and Seres continues to explain about that terrible night. They were searching for their way out after they freed the prisoners. Once again another remembrance feeling appeared in Seres. She looks at Velvet who is leading the way. (This feeling again...! Why do i have this feeling we did this before?) She thought a question in her head. They climbed the latter up. Velvet thinks asking a question. Seres was in her own mind trying to figure out what this feeling is. "Hey, Seres!" Velvet calls her name. Seres looks at Velvet. "What are you thinking in there?" Velvet ask. Seres can't help but ask "Hey Velvet....? Do you...remember doing this before?" Smile pretty cure: mysterious broken glass

Part 1

Miyuki was walking to the city with her friends Yayoi, Reika, Akane, Nao, and last but not least, Candy. They all went to have fun hanging out in stores, restaurants, and went to hang out at the park in a bright sunny day. The girls all have fun together. Miyuki looks at the girls who are chatting to each other, Candy pops out of Yayoi's arms yelling "YAY A COOKIE!".

Reika looks at the cookies that she bought "you mean these?" she ask as she takes one cookie out and give it to Candy. Candy smiles as her eyes sparkle, she took a bite of the cookie. Miyuki ask Reika "hey, can i have some too?" Reika looks at her with a smile as she said "sure, everyone can have one." The girls smiled as they all takes one and eats it. "These cookies taste very good" said Yayoi, Akane nods. Miyuki then close her eyes with a smile "you know girls...? spending time with you guys is a lot of fun and gives an ultra super happiness." she said, the girls looks at her with a smile, Miyuki continues on "spending time all together of this day, its like another happy ending."

"you bet it is!" said Candy as she still have cat smile on. Nao spokes out "yeah, i guess your right about that one" she smiles.

25 minutes later Miyuki and candy that is in her pocket were walking home, she was at her front door ready to go in until Candy spot something that is beside of her house. " Hey Miyuki, look over there!" she said as she points her little paw to the side of her house. "huh?" Miyuki looks where Candy is pointing. It was her mirror with a broken glass on the ground, Miyuki gasp and heads to it and picks it up. " How did my mirror end up out here!?" she ask with a frown. Candy looks at the mirror "i don't know, maybe we can try and fix it!" she said.

Miyuki nods likes she agrees "yeah..." She heads inside in her house up in her room with it.

Part 0

 It was a nice beautiful day for Nico to give herself a walk outside, she was carrying her book with her, since she loves to read her fairy tales. She took a look around and see her people all so happy, showing their smile to everyone.

Nico sits on the green grass and opens her book and begins to read, she looks at the page that showed the happy ending, it reminded her of cure happy that she gave her courage to smile and feel love again. She looks up at the blue sky. "So clear" she said as she smiles, she then lays on the ground enjoying the warmth, until she heard a big explosion. Nico quickly sits up after she startles. "W-what was that!?" She said as she turn her head, looking behind her.

There was another explosion that was heard. Nico checks to see what's going on, there was bodies on the floor, or should i say corpses, laying on the floor, blood at body parts everywhere along with people's broken shelter. Nico's eyes widen as she drops her book. "What in the world...!" She said in fear, she looks around and looks infront of her, the fog clears away showing a girl floating in the air. Nico looks at her "who are you!? Did you did this!?" She ask. The girl looks at Nico and spokes out "What's this?"

"I ask you a question! Did you do this?" Nico ask again, demanding an answer. The girl glares at her and then laughs "Your funny when your terrified, my name is Reddella, here to have fun destroying your village." She answers, she feels proud of making a disaster that she caused. Nico was completely terrified of what Reddella has done, she looks up at her "wh-why would you do something like this?"

Reddella looks around "i feel like destroying something precious, something that annoys me that needs to be...killed~" she snickers abit.(K-killed...!?) Nico said in her mind. Reddella continues on with her sentences " I know what your going to ask, am i here to bring an un happy ending, well, yes, what? Were you expecting me to crash the houses and buildings instead of killing people? Im not one of those villains who play with their victims childishly. I find that boring~" Nico couldn't stand this anymore. (I have to call the-) "Prettycures? Well good" she read Her mind as she floats to her pointing at Nico's nervous and terrified face. "You can lore them to my servant who is waiting to meet them out of this garbage place. I'll give you 5 minutes to teleport your way out of this ugly world, because im drowning this place after im finished here" she said as she snaps her finger and the water appear below, the childish sinister laugh slips out of her mouth. Nico grabs her book and quickly teleports her way out, crying.

Now let me make something 100% clear:

Your health and safety comes first.

If you don't want to come forward out of fear or exhaustion, that is completely valid. You've probably already been through a lot, it's only fair you'd want to move on with your life. It's ok to put yourself first. I don't blame you for wanting to stay out of it.

But it is also true that if not enough noise is made, then nothing will change. Viv will keep doing what she's been doing for years, more starstruck fans will get hired and taken advantage of. More people could get burned out out of a job they once loved because of the toxic environment they were forced into.

So if you're considering speaking up, i encourage you to. I know it's scary, but for what is worth, me and many others will believe you and stand by you.

I truly mean it when I say do what is best for you, but if you do want to come forward, i promise you're not alone.

So recently, an ex-crew member on Helluva Boss named Erin Frost came out and spoke about their horrible time working on the show. Viv apparently is worse than we could have imagined, I knew she was bad, but this is gross.

It’s upsetting that she overworks her crew so much that some are falling out of love with their passion…animation. Erin didn’t get fired either, they QUIT so it must’ve been a horrible experience.

The truth always comes to light and I wouldn’t be surprised if more crew members spoke up. I can smell a huge scandal in the near future, and I don’t think we’ll be talking about these projects for much longer. I just want people to SEE this, this kind of stuff always get swept under the rug.

I do hope Vivziepop realizes her wrongdoings one day, I feel like a scandal might happen considering other workers of hers have been mistreated in the past.
