@nuravity: Ochako approached him before wrapping arms around his frame and holding him tightly. She just wanted to give him a really big hug. And without warning, she leaned in (and floated herself a bit) and gave him a firm kiss on the lips.

He hooked his arms around her as she did the same, a little confused by the sudden show of affection but not really put off by it. "Got somethin' on your mind, Cheeks?" He was only partially teasing, shifting his stance.
