Over the weekend, I performed my first phone screen replacement. It went quite well! Getting the adhesive around the edges cut got a little fiddly at times, but no major hiccups. The biggest challenge was after the physical replacement, I needed to use a Google website to recalibrate the fingerprint sensor. For some reason, it couldn't connect to my phone, despite adb working. Tried it on my partner's computer, and it worked just fine!
