I wish I could be this woman all the time. Happy, smiling, seemingly confident. Reality is though, this is the lowest I have ever been in my 25 years of life with depression. Literally on the verge of giving up. But I will keep fighting. My scars are just reminders of overcoming daily shit. I’m so sorry to anyone I have ever let down or been a shit friend to. I’m sorry to my kids I’m not the perfect mum like these #instamums and I get angry or upset just want to lock myself in the bathroom for 5 minutes peace. Im still learning. It’s still new to me. I’m sorry to my husband I’m not the perfect wife, I’m not an #instamodel I have my flaws. Sorry it’s me you have to put up with every day and I get it, I’m hard work. Not every smile is real. I’m struggling. My cracks are starting to appear I want to make everyone else happy before myself and that’s fine. Mental health is real and it’s a daily struggle. It’s not as easy as telling someone to get help and everything will magically be better.
