Luka hums not noticing the Patient jumping into the window despite the faint claw sound the other had made. Before he realizes, he is getting tugged to go out, dropping his trinket back to the table-

Luka// Huh- HUH..?? *Turns back to Emil* Oh Emil hi- *gets tugged* okay okay! I'll play with you, haha! *laughs goofily*

He would have told the other to slow down, but instead, he started running so he can somehow manage to catch up to him.
