Personally, I think I would evolve into a Jolteon. Not just because they are my favorite eeveelution rn, but because their Pokedex entries describe their emotions as well. Plus, midnight zoomies are real and I feel them. Just me:

Festeon - The Surprise Pokemon

Evolves randomly at some level after level 25

It took me a while to figure out the concept I wanted to go with for this method, but once I considered the idea of surprise parties, making a party/celebration themed one was easy! Piñatas, confetti, fireworks, and sparklers were all used as elements in this design.

I think the art for this one came out very cute, though I think I made the head a bit too big. Oh well! The main palette is just meant to be like a colorful piñata, while the shiny palette uses reds, yellow, and orange to better show off it’s fire typing.

Anyway, gameplay wise, I imagine Festeon would probably be the only Pokemon to learn Celebrate naturally instead of via event. I’m uncertain whether it should learn that via evolution or Present, though it definitely learns both eventually!
