So like, I play Minecraft, and my brother and I are trying to get to the end so he can kill the ender dragon. (I'm in creative mode, and this is the longest speedrun in existence. We're building an entire railroad and train station, for gosh sakes ... and decorating it.) Recently my mother and sister joined the realm we're on, but we don't often get the chance to play all together.

Anyway, last time I played with big bro, we decided we needed cheap villager trades, so we were going to zombificate villagers and get the trades down. Instead of creating like... some sort of villager breeder and zombification machine out in the woods, I decided the reasonable response was to build a creepy cottage lab at the extreme edge of the village, done in the new mud and mangrove palate, surrounding the place in vines, glow lichen, and mycelium (mushroomy particles, yum,) and place two signs on the front in glowing red ink. "THE LAB," says one, "NOTHING SUSPICIOUS HERE!" says the other.

Anyway, it's actually a really cool build, and when I played last night with my mom, I showed it to her. She walked around, thought it was cool, asked about the blocks, and then we got to the front and saw those signs. There's a mild sigh, and then: "I worry about you, child."

Now keep in mind, this is EXACTLY the reaction I'm going for, so I cackle like the gremlin I am and then proceed to dance around the fact that this is a place to turn villagers into zombies and back again so as to get sweet, sweet discounts until Mom "drags" it out of me and we chuckle over the fact that it's at the edge of the village so no one can hear the screams. After that, she only had one other comment.

"Did you have to build it so near my house?"

I love playing with my family. :D

if i died and came back i would be so annoying about it. i would use my second chance at life to never let it die and make it a problem for everyone. resurrecting me would be the worst possible mistake you could make, not because i'd come back wrong and evil, but because i'd come back with even more ways to be annoying than before.

Welp, I've made it past the prologue, but I think that is where I'll pause it today, friends!

It honestly took way too long to try and get this set up and started, but hopefully next time will be better? Hopefully.
