COMEBACK IN 2016
WHAT HAPPENED? I felt tired of logging everything and clearly this blog wasn’t helping me anymore, as you could see in my last few posts in September 2014. I just stopped caring. WHY DO THIS AGAIN? Because I feel shitty, and a way that I can do to help is to control things where I actually have a choice. My choices in food consumption and how often I exercise and when I sleep are things I can control. So I’m gonna do the fucking thing.

I'm actually reading over my posts and, wow, I am guilty, guilty, guilty. The problem is that I'm not consistent. I have some good days with a hardcore workout and really healthy food, but then I go back to the bad habits. It's hard being consistently good. I haven't really been taking this seriously lately and I've only felt guilty after each day or after an unhealthy snack. I guess I gave myself some slack because it's summer and I'm thinking now about what I really want: confidence in my body and happiness without the cost of beating myself up, because then that wouldn't be happiness. I do feel better about my body, and I even became inspired to mix and match new and old clothes and show off my body a little. Then I guess this blog is working.
