June 18, 2017 GRADUATED!!!!!!!!! IT WAS HOTTER THAN A SAUNA BUT IM OFFICIALLY FREE!!!! I didn't expect relief and freedom would be the strongest feelings I felt. So many moments but being on the field, getting my diploma, and kbbq dinner are pretty unforgettable :) Damn that's a wrap... so ready for real world life to begin.

GREAT AMERICA WAS THE BEST!!!!! I got to be a kid again riding roller coasters, eating funnel cake and dippin dots, and doing bumper cars! Ughhh so much fun. Such a dope crew [dru, Carter, Daniel, JRB, Dlee] to share it with too :)

Today was magical and a day I will cherish forever. To Mia, cale, Eisa, Sam, Adrian, Patricia, michela, edric, rachel, shayla, Alec, Lianna, deanna, hope: This has been an unforgettable journey. We have laughed and cried together in ways that remind me of the beautiful humanity in all of us. Your stories have made permanent imprints on my heart. I am in awe of your bravery and vulnerability. It gives me the courage to access my own bravery and vulnerability. I love you all so deeply. To Brianna, Michelle, Jackie: You have given me the love and warmth I needed to grow. This class has helped me to make sense of so many things about myself and my body. I feel so grateful to have gained so much clarity and insight. You embody for me what it means to love, to care for, to nurture. You created a space for us to find ourselves -- to be ourselves. For that, I am forever grateful. This class has changed my life. All of these people have changed my life. Being there tonight on stage, I have never felt more vulnerable yet fearless. To have you all behind me, how could I be fearful when I knew you would be there to catch me. I am so thankful for the opportunity to share my story. It was the first time I was truly honest with myself and the world. I know I will not be the same after today. I am just bursting with love and joy. I wish that we could have stayed there with each other forever.

Had dim sum at a place honored for being cheap, gruff, with decor that’s borderline utilitarian. Lol.

Went shopping! Saved pikachu and escaped the room. No idea how we even did it but we did it. Almost got kicked out for using my phone too. Lol.

Then lettuce wraps for dinner and KC Undercover :)).

I just love being with my sis. I’ve felt a million miles away from Stanford – and I didn’t know how much I needed that to ground myself again.
