I saw this photo going around the internet of United Healthcare denying a claim on November 29, 2024 for a pulmonary embolism and claiming medical care wasn't necessary for a pulmonary embolism.
It had this comment-- I can't attest to it being true or accurate, but in case anyone would ever need to give something like this a shot:
