my brain is seriously so annoying.

i don't think I have osdd but idk what I might have. I never feel like a different person, I always feel like me but I don't really know who I am, what my identity is. the one time I felt like there was maybe another person in my head, i think it felt like there was a part of my brain in the back/side of my head that was named Lavender and liked lavender plants and purple and light blue and cute stuff. it felt like they were just there at the back of my head.

but that lasted for like three days and it was months ago, and I don't remember it well enough to be able to say how I feel about it or if I actually think they were real. my description of it is probably not how it actually felt but it's the best i can do.

at some point I got images in my head of what I thought she looked like. one looked like me, posing in a black or purple skirt (I can't remember), one looked like a teen girl with short straight hair (idk what color, maybe black) and a black hoodie or something, maybe glasses? I couldn't tell. and a very blank or serious look on their face, despite feeling like they were somehow associated with positive feelings and cute/pretty things.

i haven't felt like they were actually present in a long time. and with my crap memory, i don't remember much. plus, my memories don't hold emotions very well, or at all, so idk how things felt.

it's so weird, I don't know what's going on. I know I have some level of dissociation and anxiety and depression but beyond that, I have no idea what is going on. but I don't think I'm a system, I don't have ptsd or any known ACTUAL trauma.

I know this might not reach the right people, but I beg you all on Tumblr to spread my message. I am an abuse survivor, I am a suicide survivor but I still suffer, From flashbacks, from breakdowns and from current abuse. I don't ask for serious measures of help, but please spread my message before my mom forces me to leave Tumblr. I will check this on any device I can manage to, but I can't guarantee anything and especially not for myself. I won't be able to check in the summer, but I will come back if ever can. Please, I beg anyone that sees this. Share this in as many ways as you can. Thank you to the people that can and will. i have one month left before i am kicked out of my house, and i need help to avoid homelessness

hey yall! its me again. if you havent seen these posts before (unlikely, theyve been circulating pretty well) im delilah, and im a queer autistic plural tgirl currently living in an abusive household in texas. on june 1st 2024, i will be kicked out, and i need to be able to get a place before that so that i can avoid homelessness. my previous goal was 2000, and we hit that! but after applying for. a lot of apartments. we have been rejected from a good few of the cheap options and im going to need a bit more money to make sure i can survive the moving out process. i know youve probably seen these posts a lot, but we're reaching the final stretch, and hopefully soon i wont have to worry about this anymore.

we're going to try to get around 3000, but maybe, hopefully, we can make around 3500 to absolutely make sure moving out is possible. thank you to everyone that has donated (ESPECIALLY PUNKITT AND THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONATED LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY, I GENUINELY LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH YOU ARE THE KINDEST PEOPLE ON THIS WORLD)

Study on Alter Relationships within DID/OSDD/UDD Systems

Hello! I’ve recently been interested in what way the relationships between alters in my system present, and so have decided to run a study to see how things are for other systems. I also wanted to research possible factors behind why relationships between alters differ between systems, so I thought this study could provide some interesting information on the DID/OSDD community generally.

All responses are 100% confidential, and there’s a longer informed consent statement which you’ll see before you start the study. It should take no longer than 5-10 minutes.

People who are eligible to take part in the study:

- DID/OSDD/UDD and other traumagenic systems. (You do notneed to be diagnosed, self diagnosed systems may take part.)

- Systems who apply to the above but do not have romantic or familial relationships in their system (Your response is still valuable!)

People who are NOT eligible to take part in the study:

- Endogenic systems or other system types who do not consider themselves to have DID/OSDD/UDD. (This is a study on how these relationships manifest in DID/OSDD/UDD specifically.)

- Anyone else who does not have DID/OSDD/UDD.

- Systems who do not have any knowledge on the relationships between their alters. (You may not be able to answer the required questions.)

I would really appreciate as many responses as possible, so I can have a big enough data set to draw some theories, so find the link below:

Even if you’re not eligible for the study, I would greatly appreciate any reblogs so that as many people as possible can take part.

I don’t have any set time for the study to close yet, but am aiming for at least 150-200 responses before it does. Stay tuned for any updates on that.
