Day 1: People usually experience the reverse of it and I really wonder how 🤔 but this is what I felt on my first day at yoga 😅😪😴 YOGA Chapters Yogaing Now! 🧘🏻♀️ These last days both my mind and body were getting a different crazy out of me. So I took a little break to work on me overall. My personal trainer kvi (my sister is a newbie and only knows little about breathing-related yogas so not a trainer trainer 😛), and I both are new and trying so called our best.
And to be honest most of the time our expectation of performing a yoga pose doesn't quite fit the reality when we are actually doing it. This is my first time with comics and I am really excited to make more short comics out of our imperfect and funny yoga moments we have on and off the mat. Let's see how far I go. 😁
