Is it a Starker dni thing or they can reblog stuff but not use the tag?

Id rather starker dni. If I could, I would make sure nobody thinks of that when seeing my posts. As it stands, the only way I can know someone ships that is if they tag it, and thats why its phrased that way in the intro post. But overall, if you ship starker and think of it when seeing my posts, i would rather be blocked than interacted with.
