Ako'y isang Kristiyano

 Ipinagmamalaki ko ito

 Iisa lang ang Diyos ko 

At ito ay si Hesukristo

Minsa’y di ko nagagawa ang aming tradisyon 

Pero di nawawala ang pananampalataya ko nang dahil lang nun

 Di ko ikinahihiya ang aking Panginoon 

Pagkat sya lang ang maaasahan ko sa lahat ng pagkakataon 

 Pagsimba'y di nagagawa pa minsan-minsan 

Pero nandito pa rin ang aking paninindigan 

Paggawa ng mga kasalanan 

Pilit ko itong tinatalikuran 

 Pagiging Kristiyano ay hindi ko ikinahihiya

 Ito ang simbolo ng aking kaluluwa

 Kaya wag mong ikahiya iyong paniniwala

 Dito nasasalamin ang iyong pananampalataya

My Genogram

As what you can see in my genogram in my mother side my grandmother died last 2012 and actually she’s the one who took care of me when I was young. In my father side I don’t them personally because they are in Bulacan and I was a little kid when I came there. And parents was having a problem lately but now they’re already okay.

With his mamba mentality he gives motivation to his team mates.  Kobe said “We were extremely direct with each other and we pushed each other.” That’s why he is a good leader and leads his team to a multiple titles.

My dream girl...

            My dream girl is kinda bit shy because I'm also a shy person. Also she's into basketball so we can relate each other but not necessarily. I like a girl with a beautiful smile and do fun things but also down to just have nights in with lots of cuddling. I also like a girl with great sense of humor, honest and trustworthy. And also let me do my hobbies and doesn't get pissed. A girl who encourages me to become better person everyday. Believes in me and understands that sometimes I'll have crazy ideas and work until I achieve them. But right now there's a girl who is making me smile everyday. I can say that she is not my dream girl that I was trying to describe but she's a one of a kind and she’s my kind of love that I want to. The one thing that I mostly like about her is her attractive smile and she’s funny. I couldn't resist to stare at her. I'm very obsessed to her hahaha.

      Dear Jason,

      Hi! I am Vincent and I am writing you in the hopes that you can help me of my problem.

      I am a senior high student right now. I have taken or chosen the STEM strand because I want to become an Engineer. I think a lot of times or overthink usually if i can really be an Engineer because the major in our strand is very difficult for me. It gives me a lot of confusions or doubts but really I want to become an Engineer. There are times that I told myself that what if I cant do it and it cause me to have stress and having a hard time to sleep.

What can I do to stop overthinking about it? How can I easily do it?

Dear Vincent, 

      It’s good that you  wrote as early as now. Well I can say that, that’s the purpose of senior high program to let you to be guided in your career. But you don’t need to overthink it, don’t pressure yourself. Just think that you can do it because you have a passion on that thing. Also do hard work so you can do things even if its hard but don’t forget to relax and enjoy life. Don’t stress yourself. Your too young to be stressed. Just enjoy life and do things that makes you happy.

This Works For Me!

I am a lazy person but when my friends ask me to play with them I become an active person. In the first picture I like playing basketball with my friends beause It makes me to forget all the things that makes me stress and in the second pic I like play online games when there are lot of things to be done and I feel tired already and it makes me relax.

In my mandala you can see that it is a simple one. But it makes so meaningful to because I used meditate that time.Those shaded part around the circle those are the ups and downs in my life. Those circle inside the mandala are the people who influence me. The shaded circle are the bad people and the clear circle are the good one. And the circle in the circle is me and that’s why it makes me confuse sometimes in my decision. The confuse thing it is describe by the circle in the center. And the line in the sides shows how strong I am in facing or standing straight the struggles in my life.

Dear Jason,

You’ve shared what you feel about expectations to you that there are a lot of expectations by the people around you. But make those expectations into positive one or for short you need to be positive Jason. You need to learn how to deal with them and make it as a challenge to you. Don’t think that you will disappoint them instead you should think that you can meet their expectations of you. And let those expectations be a motivation to you to achieve your goals. Jason, you know that the more you care about what people expect of you the more you you’ll be trying to live so don’t let them Jason to control you by their expectations. You live what you want and don’t mind them.

Just work hard for it...

My determination and want to become a professional engineer was sparked a few years ago. I was influence by my mother since she is a Civil Engineer. For me right now I find math and Pre-Calculus is very difficult but I need to learn it since it is related to engineering. And all of that learning could further develop my skills to apply them to real world situations which benefits the wider community. Throughout my years at high school I have thrived in environment where I am challenged everyday. But it has been we ingrained in me that success comes from determination  and hard work. We’ll I can see that engineering is not easy at all but I will do my best to achieved what I want to be when I graduated in college.

Hi! I’m Jason Vincent Ibay, you can call me Jason for short. I am very shy person and I lack of self confidence and now in senior high years I want to get rid of those things. But I think its too difficult to do it.

I love to play basketball since my friends influence me how to play it and because of that it became my favorite sport. And also I like net surfing and watching anime. Those things also helps me to get rid of my boredom.

And now in senior high years I’m doing my best to get high grades so that I wont disappoint my parents. Senior high for me is very tiring part since I go to high school because the schedule is different from my junior high school.
