new look!

good evening, and welcome to this blog. with a brand new look

new tumblr-only look done + some updates

This is the 24th of June changelog, and this is what's coming

New look for this blog is finally finished and will come on the first of july, you may have already seen it in the past. but i made it more definitive

Starting July 1st, I'm only going to post whenever i feel like it on every piece of internet i can post to, this includes youtube, discord, tumblr, and many more.

new tumblr redesign early look

Allow me to introduce the latest look for my tumblr blog, available from the first days of july!

there was something about the aesthetics from the past that some things made today are lacking

my pre-childhood was somehow very bright and revolutionary, from the glossy bubbles of frutiger aero, to the surprisingly striking rainbows of the 1970s. everything just suddenly felt very alive in the past

if you look at most of the things made today, you might notice that things have one single common theme in them. the continuous copy-paste of the modern flat style

honestly it's actually kinda sad that the world of design twore itself down to the bone again, simplicity works but not in all cases.

but thankfully we're getting a saving grace, most companies and individuals are making their stuff cool again. which is good (at least for most)

pepsi made a remake of their classic logo, apple added some liquid glass to its design system, and other designs generally becoming more fluid.

i'm glad that everything is going back to being good.

man i love learning to make new stuff, who knows i might start animating a cartoon or an anime by myself in the future

but hey, at least i'm celebrating the weirdness of this platform in a good way
