“I guess I did. Thank you very much, Blues. I hope you got what you wanted too.”

“Pleasure to meet you Blues!”

“How did I know?” She took a moment to think of the right words. She knew Blues’ character very well. "Well, I know you prefer to be alone and I guessed today would be no different. As for why? I guess it’s just the thought of being alone for so long. I thought maybe a small act of kindness would go a long way.  You keep implying that I may want a kiss or date in return but your mistaken. The only thing I want is to see You smile for once. Call me cheesy, but that’s the truth.” 

 Blues sat silently for a moment, before attempting a smile. He was so used to smirks and grins that honest smiles felt foreign and awkward…. As well as looked awkward.

“Like this?”

Jacie waited patiently as Blues attempted to genuinely smile. She didn't realize it'd be so hard for him to do. When he finally asked for her approval she smiled right back. "That’s perfect!” She really appreciated the effort he made, it was very sweet of him.

CRUSH?!?” Jacie thought, “He did take it romantically!” Jacie turned red and quickly looked down so Blues couldn’t see how red she was. “I told you, I just wanted to be nice.”  Jacie was trying to think of way to get out of this. She could run away a flustered and confused mess but that isn’t exactly the best first impression……. First Impression! "Silly me!” Jacie looked up again, “I haven’t introduced myself yet! I’m Jacie, nice to meet you.” She held out her hand for Blues to shake.

Awkwardly, Blues accepted the handshake. The girl was stammering left and right! Was it something he said? He hummed to himself. “Likewise. My name is Blues.

“Still, I must ask, how did you know I would be alone? And what made you decide to get flowers for me? I’m sure you have more of a driving reason than the thought of a kiss.”

“…” He looked down at the lovely arrangement of flowers she gave him. It was a sweet gesture, but certainly not expected from someone he barely knew.

“Look, I would understand. It’s sweet that you have a crush on me and all but I don’t know you. What do you want, a pat on the head? A hug? Kiss?” It only made sense that she would like him, right? After all, he was pretty great.

"O-of course I'm sure!” Jacie takes a deep breath, this isn't exactly what she expected. “No one should feel lonely on Valentine's Day even if they don't have a date. I just thought I'd give you something so you don't feel lonely....” Jacie gives Blues a warm smile, inside Jacie is really hoping he doesn't take this as a romantic gesture. “I-I Just wanted to be nice, that’s all.” 

(Just cause I'm super curious to see what would happen.) 🌸

High Flying

Ahhhhhhhhhh! ITS JACIE AND ROCK IN THE SAME PHOTO!!!!!!!! This has never happened before! Soooooo much excite!!!!!! ------- Fangirling aside this pic fulfill my personal head cannon about Beat and Jacie. I feel that Rock uses Rush as his primary mode of transportation and Jacie would be the one to use Beat on missions. I need to draw Jacie and Beat by themselves one day. Another head cannon of mine is that Jacie uses her Mirror Spear (That's the official name for it now) To make it easier to fly with Beat

(That helmet looks awful.... I think I'll repost this with Rock's normal hair.)
