FALLOUT DAY GLOBAL EVENT WITH BETHESDA!

SAVE THE DATE: October 23rd @ 3pm EST for a 4 hour long community variety show for charity with Bethesda!

Two months ago Bethesda asked myself and the Fallout For Hope Charity Initiative to help them bring the entire community together in celebration of Fallout, the first #FalloutDay.

That day, October 23rd isn't just about one game or the current title...it's about all of us, all of you. Whichever was your first or favorite, we all have a Fallout we call our own.

A 4 hour long live broadcast is no easy feat. This was a monumental undertaking, but we put together a showcase of Fallout 76 CAMPS, fan films, original music and cover songs, collections, cosplay, prop building, cooking and more that represents ALL of the games. We are all only here because 30 years ago this very year, Tim Cain had an idea for a game that started with the engine to power it. That seed grew, evolved, changed and continues to evolve. Today Fallout has been shaped by tens of thousands of developers, but more still by generations of gamers all over the world.

Aside from raising funds to help kids fighting cancer at St. Jude, we wanted to shine a spotlight on the insanely talented people in our fandom who don't just play Fallout, but LIVE it. I hope everyone tunes in, because this will be something special.

This comic is one that I started a year ago but the thing is: y'all I'm not cut out for comics. I LOVE how they look once I'm done, and I'm VERY PROUD I was able to override my short attention span to get it to completion, but my friends there is a reason this took me a year to get around to. Anyway, if anyone ever played the Saints Row Reboot (which I will defend as an absurdly fun time forever), the game kicks off with your character getting betrayed, stabbed, and buried. The absolute INSTANT the storyline sprinkled in some werewolf lore, I ran with that and decided Jeremy was going to be one, and so accordingly his emergence went a liiiiittle differently than game canon. He's perhaps the strongest Muds in the AU roster, but he's also the dumbest by a long shot. And since his transformation causes blackouts, this boy is just too dense to put two and two together. He is indeed a wait for it Unawarewolf. Happy Werewolf Wednesday to all who celebrate! <3

Dataminers, we need you!

Have you ever gone to use the wiki and found a character with missing dialogue or background information? Read below on how you can help out!

As it stands, we have a had a lot of editors come and go over the years, but we have a fairly small active team. We have a NEW Project page for characters with Missing Dialogue. Some of them have no dialogue at all, while others need their dialogue from new updated added and updated.

There are a lot of characters, particularly in Fallout 76 that are missing their dialogue as they get added over time. There's lots of things to document as Fallout 76 expands and unfortunately some got lost in the chaos! If you're a dataminer, we need help uploading the dialogue data so pages can be filled and referenced properly. Once the dialogue has been uploaded, please remove the Category:FO76 Missing Dialogue. If you're interested in Learning How to Datamine, we have a course available on the wiki! You can view more details on this via discord or the respective wiki page. If you're interested in helping but don't have access to datamining, we have a list of projects you can view here! Even if you just categorize pages that need to be worked on, every little bit helps!

A friend of mine saw my drawing of Fat Jeremy and said I should draw him as a certain Mr. Beetleman for Halloween and I couldn't not?

I couldn't not.

In the grand scheme of AUs, I would love to think that holding the title of 'Betelgeuse' is Muds' lot somewhere. All three of the canon Beets out there all have something a little different going on in terms of their vibe - it's fun to consider what his deal would be and how he fit the role. He'd definitely have a bigger side of sly with his sleezy. And still universally hated by his companions in the Neitherworld, but I'm thinking he'd have a big debt that he needs to pay back and that's why he's been doing the entrepreneurial haunting schtick to get by. Very down on his luck but determined anyways, very 'wet dog' Beetlejuice. Y'all idk making Muds fat has been one of the best decisions of 2024. I didn't know he could be MORE himself than he already was, but something about this is really clickin'. Honestly. Gonna love this gross man until I die.

I've fallen behind on posting my stuff to tumblr. But for those of you still around:

Hey guys Muds is fat now.

He's been a LOT of things over the 13 years that I've had him, and this year I, as a fat person, was like "how have I never drawn him fat"? And then I spent a good month+ figuring out how I wanted to draw it, and now here we are. It's maybe my favorite design change I've ever made. I didn't realize he could look MORE like himself until this clicked.

I mean bro is pushing 40 and he eats a LOT of garbo, that metabolism wasn't going to keep up forever and I, for one, love that for him.

Like, they could’ve easily just had him instantaneously burst through the wall and get roughly the same joke across, but the fact the writers wanted him to slowly push through the wall like that SO BADLY that they went out of their way to implement the cg effect to do so is so fucking funny to me fndmmsmsms
