What if Ghost as a now Cyborg has to work with Soap on a big job that takes ages.

Ghost rarely lets his opinions been known while on the job or make small talk with his partner. But Soap’s special. Theres joke here and there, reassurances, he even asks what he thinks they should do when on the mission.

Then later after the missions done, Soap learns that Ghost rarely talks to others unless its via text or a heavily filtered voice mod

The new Ghost skin's kinda *sweeps hair behind ear.

What if like, the Akihabara skin of Ghost was a merc that got mangled and almost died during a mission. Because of his reputation and porfolio of work, he was not left to rot and die like the rest of his cohort.

His remains were combined with the best tech not on the market can buy and he was pieced together to be the best capable asset there ever was.

Upon awakening in his new life, Ghost doesn't let on how much humanity he has left. Any new clients he meets assume he's a Android rather than a half man with a conciousness, it allows him to dissociate on jobs.

It's easier this way...
